Never tried them..... because every time we have tried to get pretzels from this place they are closed. Every. Single. Time. What is the point of even being open. Like seriously.
Philly Pretzel Factory is the classic soft pretzel. Its the best! It’s not saturated with butter like Auntie Anne’s. They have a ton of dipping sauces, savory and sweet, and different kinds of mustards.
Terrible. Only go here is you want a dry biscuit of a pretzel. When I asked for butter to spruce it up, he stated I was ruining his bland “Philly pretzel”. The cheesesteaks just take like bland hamburger in bread. Won’t be going again.
Great service friendly people. Enjoyed the food would definitely recommend the blue razz berry lemonade. Will return in the future and recommend others do as well.

We just can't get enough of Philly Pretzel Factory! If you enjoy soft pretzels as much as our family does, you will not be disappointed. Served warm, soft, fresh & with just the right amount of salt every time. While we tend to get the 5 for $5 every order, we also like the mix it up & try something new. The rivets (rivet shaker pictured), the pretzel dogs & the mini cheese steaks are delicious too! As far as dips, we have tried quite a few & they all are good, but the honey mustard we buy by the bottle. There is something about the sweet & tangy on the salty pretzels that is really pretty magical. Their team is always thoughtful & friendly + the owners are the nicest people ever! Looking forward to the next time already!!!
The customer service was great! I popped in not to long before closing and the owner made a fresh batch of pretzels. However, I definitely expected the pretzels to be a little more tasty. I found them to be a bit dry and tasteless ..even the cinnamon sugar nuggets. Quite disappointed. If you are looking for more of an Auntie Anne’s taste, you unfortunately won’t find it here!

Some of the best pretzels i’ve ever had! The customer service is also pretty good, someone named Dwayne was very helpful with menu recommendations and did not disappoint. 10/10 will definitely be going back.
