Yum! We just tried the pretzel dogs and cinnamon pretzel bites and they were both outstanding! The hot dog had excellent flavor and the pretzel was cooked perfectly. The cinnamon pretzel bites were also perfectly cooked and the buttercream frosting complimented it perfectly. We’ll definitely be back again, and highly recommend it to all who love a good pretzel.
I ordered a rivet box with half salt and half cinnamon just to try both. Honestly not disappointed at all. My general rule of thumb is if I can make it, I won’t buy it. The pretzels tasted freshly made, like they were made at home. I have no plans to make pretzels anytime soon with these guys!
I really enjoyed my pretzel hot dog and spicy sausage they both were delicious. The staff is very nice as well. I highly recommend that you try them.
I was really disappointed in the product. The pretzels were okay. Something youd get at a theme park or ballpark, cold hard pretzels. The pretzle dogs, every single one, was not cooked. I ordered 2 and noticed the dough was not cooked in the middle and the hotdogs were cold. The young lady gave me one more, still uncooked while i waited for the other. Ahe gave me 2 more. Got home, they were still uncooked and broken up. What i didnt appreciate is when i am trying to be kind and handle my frustration with kindness, both employees wanted to talk about me like i couldnt see/hear them. I just feel that is very disrespectful. Go somewhere else for your pretzels. Theyll be fresher, cooked and you wont have to deal with people making fun of youIn response to owner, the day i went, there was no cheese in the pretzle dogs. The meat was cold. Meaning the temperature was not checked as it should have been. If the product is cold or below room temperature, you cant tell me it was fresh. And employees making fun of a customer should also be unacceptable. If im in the area, id be happy to come by and discuss it. Just for reference i worked at a pretzle place growing up. I know what pretzles taste like/look like when theyre fresh same with pretzle dogs.
This was my first time going here and the service was excellent.....The pretzel's were soft and delicious....I definitely recommend this place.....

Ordered 100 pretzels to be picked up a bit earlier than their opening time. Pretzels were hot and ready when I arrived. I’ve ordered rivet trays in the past and the staff is great and the owners are incredibly nice and very accommodating! I highly recommend them!
What I ordered: pizza pretzel, hot sausage pretzel, and an order of cheeseburger bites\\n\\nService was amazing, the owner and his daughter very nice and welcoming, and overall very passionate about their food and focusing on customer service.\\n\\nFood was pretty banging too! definitely hit this place up if you're craving a pretzel. Beats the tar out of aunts annes every day.
