I always get the Philly steak sub and each time it has been hot and delicious but this location on Steelecreek for some reason always gives me tiny pieces of fries. Pieces that looks like they are left in fry bin, just seems like bottom of the bag fries(even though they are supposedly freshly hand cut)It is frustrating. They have done it about three times. Next time I go I will inform whoever makes it to make sure I am getting whole cut fries. Cost enough to receive what I’m paying for. On another note even though their cookies are $2.50 per cookie, they are absolutely delicious!!
They make average sandwiches for premium prices. If you're fine with that then they are going to be a okay experience but nothing to spread the word about.
This was terrible way overpriced for a small sub I ask for a little mayonnaise and they soak bread in it to much oil and vinegar I open the sub and everything just slides off to a big mess what a waste of money and time need a fork and knife for this sub wth
Besides wanting extra sauce... this is by far the best sub place I've ever tried ?. Yummy yummy in my tummy tummy! My favorite is the classic Italian off the grill; just how they make it! Plus, they actually hand cut their fries!?
I haven't been in a while but it was so good every time I went. Can't wait until I can visit again.

Good stuff but online orders take ~30 mins. Love the crispy fries, especially when they're hot/fresh.
A little bit expensive for my taste. Food is good like any other sandwich place
