I am from Cleveland Ohio area & I was wanting a chicken philly. I looked up places to get one and was shocked when this popped up. Talking about excited I didn't know NC had any penn station's. I was not disappointed at all. Both our sandwiches were great, fries were good, can't beat fresh cut fries. Oh I almost forgot, hubby asked the guy there was the lemonade good. He said yes, well my hubby Told him you didn't lie, it's really good. I definitely recommend and will be back again. We had chicken philly and chicken teriyaki with fries.
I love subs and this was my first time at Penn Station. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jeff the GM. He was extremely helpful and kind. He gave me the complete rundown of all the yummy options and explained that you could order your sub warm or cold. I went with the club and it didn’t disappoint! The portions are big and flavorful. I want to give a special shout-out to the fries. They are fresh, hand cut potatoes(think Five Guys). I will definitely be back
Don't like doing reviews. Just visiting for weekend seen the bad reviews went anyways because picking are slim in Charlotte when it get late. Nice people got club cold for some reason no bacon at all when it's apart of the sandwich never again. Should of went to Publix
This was my first time coming to Penn station sub and I just wanted to say that the staff is absolutely incredible.Janiyah, Dee,Amaree and Leek we're absolutely helpful an extremely knowledgeable of their jobs I suggest if you want to get treated with respect and have your food prepared by caring hands come to this Penn station Sub.... ???Thank you guy's

Club on a sub had one measly strip of bacon. Very disappointing. Two stars because the staff was super nice but the food was just not good enough. Got a bogo 6” sub and medium fries and it was much more expensive than I expected.
Philip! Philip! Philip!This was our first visit & the food was great & the staff was very very friendly! Philip made us feel welcomed & helped us through the ordering process & even gave us some little insight on sites to see around town! Will definitely be coming back!
1st time and the food was fresh and amazing. Had a chicken Philly and fries w/excellent service from Phillip. He went above and beyond and was very patient along with his coworker.Will definitely visit again!
The service at Remount Rd was excellent. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the staff members name Phillip has exceptional customer service skills and is a keeper. The food was good and I will definitely go back.
This place was great ?, the service was just as good as the food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I must admit the price was kinda high but worth it. A must try
