I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone..ordered scheduled pickup from this place but still had to wait for 45 mins as part of my order was not ready because of that one of my entrée got cold. The quality and quantity of food was not worth the price. While I was waiting for my order saw one of the employee packing precooked white rice from a plastic bag .The food was not good at all, had missing items, chicken was too dry , shrimp was not cooked properly and tasted slimy eww. The sauce they use is either too sweet or sour can’t taste anything else. Not worth taking risk and getting indigestion.
Staffs are nice, but food is not. Taste is okay, but vegetables could be under cook, still has the raw taste. Not feeling well after. Not recommended
My husband and I ordered delivery, and door dash gave us the wrong ordered, it had the same gf shrimp entree we ordered for my husband with celiac. I was hungry so I ate the other food the sent and it was good so I wasn't going to complain. Although who I assumed was the manager called me, probably because the people that got my ordered complained. He said they would give me a refund. That's why I giving a 5 Star because that's over and beyond good customer service, and the food was delicious. I'd recommend this restaurant! Good GF options and Great Customer Service.
I ordered firecracker tofu and Thai chicken itemThe chicken felt dry like just cooked chicken dipped in sauce. Luckily I ordered fried rice, else it would've suck.My wife got the tofu one and the rice is hard and less sauce.I would not go back again.
I love this restaurant so much. The service is absolutely amazing and fast. I only discovered this place during the pandemic but my experience nonetheless has been great. Take out is super easy through the app, and it's never complicated. Everything is super organized and clean and especially during the pandemic, the enforcement of masks and proper safety protocols is relieving. Everything I've had here to eat is so good, and all my friends I've shown this place to have ended up loving it. I eat here pretty often and I don't regret it. I don't think I'll ever stop raving about the quality of service this place provides.
First time eating here was highly disappointed, ordered the sesame chicken combo with fried rice along with crab Rangoons. Crab rangoons tasted mad off from what I’m used to at traditional Asian restaurant. The rice in the combo was so soft and had to much sauce which made every scoop liquidity like soup, the chicken was horrible doesn’t even taste real. Overall bad experience, should of known when I walked in and didn’t see any Asian people working, what a bootleg Asian restaurant lol.
Used to enjoy this Pei Wei for years, the French chef that originally ran it was amazing and very good to his customers. After he left and things started changing it still kept a certain level of quality, however after eating there recently it has gone downhill extremely badly. Food was greasy, chicken was overcooked, vegetables undercooked, rice was a mushy paste, overall meal was probably one of the worst I've ever had at this Pei Wei. Very disappointing, will be going elsewhere in the future for this food style.
Had food delivered from here (Pad Thai and Sweet and sour vegetables). To say it was the worst Asian food I've ever had would be an accurate description. The pad thai was by far the worst pad thai Ive ever had the displeasure of trying (4 bites....added an obscene amount of hot sauce to mask the flavor, which still didnt help, so into the trash it went). The sauce was thin and acidic (completely unbalanced...felt like they forgot to add half the sauce components), and the sweet and sour sauce on the vegetables was completely and utterly flavorless. On the upside, the spring rolls were decent. Appears that the kitchen staff doesnt want to taste their own food to make sure its edible. Wont be back. Too many other great places to go to waste time and energy here.
Good lettuce wraps. Firecracker chicken was good too!
Had firecracker chicken entree. It was tastey, but very light on the sauce. When I asked about the sauce, I was told if I wanted more sauce I would have to pay for the sauce. Fried spicy chicken with minimal sauce on dry white rice does not cut it for me.I will try Pei Wei one more time. If the lack of sauce continues, I am gone from this restaurant
