It’s a bit on the expensive side, but I’m still giving 5 stars because the quality shows. I’ve been here three times and ordered the Park sushi roll, Hokage roll, and Jabbawockeez roll. All were very good, and do beat out the sushi at Cowfish in my humble opinion. The sauce was excellent. On my third visit, I was given free Miso soup. Service is very prompt and friendly.
Park Sushi replaced our long time favorite Sushi Guru at this location, and we were definitely surprised with how amazing the food was. Our server was extremely knowledgeable regarding sushi and sake, and the presentation was amazing. The vegan roll was off the charts, and the park sushi roll blew our mind!
Great atmosphere, service, and sushi! The V'gan roll was ridiculous with the berry sauce. Very unique and tasty. All was great!

Really great sushi! The Hamachi tartare is amazing. Lots of varieties on the special rolls. Was excited to see another sushi spot here.
Decent food but why are the prices so high??
We were only the second table in there for dinner and had to wait 30 minutes for our appetizers and 45 minutes for our first rolls. Rolls were ok. Ice water tasted like dish water. Just not a good experience considering how few people were there.
Ordered online, site said ready in 75 minutes. Seemed like a long time, but OK. Arrived and it was not ready. This was a Monday night, no one in the place at all. No one else came in to pick up a to go order while I was waiting. After 90 minutes from my order, got the food. Got home (a 3 minute drive, just the other side of Fairview) and the ramen and soup were room temp, at best. After paying $120.00 for 4 persons, had to nuke our dinner. Had TWO pieces of tofu in my tofu ramen. Paid extra for scallops, no scallops. The sushi was OK, better than the ramen, but not as good as CowFish or Baku. The misu soup had no taste at all. Avoid.
This is a great local sushi shop. The owner was welcoming and excellent. The sushi was top notch. Nothing but love from an out of towner.
