We visited twice in the last week going to and from vacation. The first visit was great. Easy ordering at the kiosk and the order was correct. The second order didn't go so well. There were several substitutions made without telling us.... For example we ordered French baguettes and got ciabatta bread. There is a note saying that they are fighting shortages like many places are but would be good to tell what is being substituted. We also were missing a cookie that was ordered and had to go back. The food is good and the place is clean... Just take an extra minute to check your order for accuracy and all should be good.
Breakfast is not their forte. Poor selection and so so food. I love Paneras I've been to over the years, but never before for breakfast.
Great service. Clean facility. That's a young lady that works there who did the sweetest thing. She witnessed a toddler fall and began to cry insolubly. To console him, she got him and another toddler free cookies. That did the trick! It was so heartwarming
Lady taking our order (hair split in two colors) was awesome. Excited to be there and made a packed airport seem calm! Plus food was great. She recommends some green passion!
I come here weekly to get my Baker's dozen of bagels. First of all, it's a great deal! Secondly, it's a great place for a quick business luncheon! The pick two is my all time favorite because I can get my half sandwich and my soup or salad depending on my mood. Parking can get a little tight now that everything is opened back up but that goes to show how many other people love this Panera location. The team has always been really friendly and helpful and even if there was a mistake on an order they are happy and quick to fix the issue!
I have ordered of vegetarian food and specialty told that it should not contain any meat. But the employees here date provide me a food which has particles of turkey meat in the sandwich. I recommend to verify your food when you take it. And they’re not even sorry for the mistake. And the manager finally comes later to me with a new sandwich
It was a good breakfast, very tasty egg and bacon sandwich. Fair price. It was a bit hard to understand the lady who took my order, besides itbwas great.
Waiting line was long, but service was very quick. The coffee selection was good, but carafes were almost empty, staff quickly brewed fresh selections. I only had coffee, but other patrons remarked their food was very good. I recommend this Panera Bread @ the airport, A concourse.
Despite being in an airport, this Panera Bread serves its typical great quality food. The service is great and staff are friendly. Some of their menu options may be more limited than an independent location. This location is situated in terminal A which may be out of the way for many travelers, but if you are willing to make the hike, you'll benefit from less crowds when ordering and eating.
This Panera closes at 5 pm. The workers start to turn off the lights and close off the entrance for new orders at 4:40 pm- they kept saying that they want to go home. Not exactly professional but I understood.Drinks I ordered (not recommended):- a frozen caramel cold brew (they only filled it half way and topped the rest of the drink off with whipped cream) - I do not recommend this drink.- a hot caramel latte for my partner - they also do not recommend this drink.Food ordered (recommended!):-you pick 2: half a tuna sandwich & half a Greek salad- they loaded them up and were great.- full size roasted turkey & avocado BLT- this was for my partner and they thought it was delicious.I also ordered a candy cookie which they forgot to include. Luckily I wasn’t far away when I noticed and even though they had already closed one of the workers gave me my cookie.Other peculiar things about my visit- it wasn’t very easy to get a straw for my drink. One of the workers seemed over it and just wanted to go home instead of restocking the straws and had me ‘double check’ that there weren’t any.A lady asked me to buy her some bananas even though they were closed (I already had my order but was trying to get a straw at this point). We were able to get her bananas but it was uncomfortable because the workers kept saying that they just wanted to go home.
