Not the same as before COVID. 1/2 Steak sandwich had one thin grizzley slice of meat and no dissernable amount of cheese. Cesar salad had a tablespoon of dressing and a sprinkle of cheese. There were no instructions on entering the number of your table side electric buzzer that tells you when your order is ready for pickup. Last time we ate there a waiter delivered our order to our table using the same buzzer that in the past told the server where you were sitting. After a very long wait went in from the porch and found our order sitting on the pickup counter. No plans to return!!
Awful. Just awful. This “pizza” flat bread pizza was very salty — had sour sauce — and the cheese wasent even melted! The salad was nothing special BARELY ANY DRESSING THOUGH! Also there bread chips is a peace of bread and there croutons were so stale and not even croutons, just cut up bread. The coffee was okay but not really the best the chicken in the side salad had no spice and was dry and chewy. For 34.75 dollars. Not worth it at all.
Honestly, service here sucks. They forget food all the time in the order. They never answer the phone at the restaurant (not during busy hours, called repeatedly and got hung up on). Maybe rating you with a one star will work. I DO NOT appreciate using my rewards when I didn't even get my reward in my bag!!!
Can never go wrong with Panera. Great friendly customer service and even better food. I just wanted a simple breakfast this am so I got my fave cinnamon crunch bagel and an iced coffee. Sat inside and enjoyed it and it was as amazing as it always is.
Worst Panera bread location by far. Customer service horrible. Always get the wrong order and food quality is not a priority here. I really wish someone from here was paying attention to these reviews. Because they are pretty much all saying the same thing. Terrible!!!
Ordered car pickup. Received text it was ready and I was already there. 15 minutes later no one came out. I went inside and they said they didn’t hear it being ready. Made me new bagels. Got home, they were completely burnt. Bad experience
By far, the absolute worst sandwich Ive ever had at Panera. Toasted sandwich, including bread, was cold and I was dining in. It was not toasted even a little bit. How can toasted cheese be cold AND mushy??? If I were to base my opinion of Panera on today’s visit, I would not return and would warn others of same. Would rate less than one star if possible.
Sadly, this store seemed to think it was a better business model for this night to package all orders to go, and not only that, but not allow anyone to sit down to eat- or even sit to wait for their food if they ordered on kiosk.No explanation was given, which would have been appreciated above all.
Diana was the best drive through cashier! She was so detailed when I ordered dinner for my family of 4, and even helped me use my reward points to get a bagel. Thoroughly appreciated the good customer service!
Went to this location Friday morning and the two ladies working were so pleasant and helpful. It was a great experience. Thanks ladies for making our morning!!
