Efficient and professional wait staff, quick service and a good menu.
Every single table was dirty, floors were sticky.. everywhere, someone brought a stinky dog in that peed on the floor and they were out of a lot of ingredients. Definitely not a place I’d want to eat again.
Sandwich was awful for price. Chicken was cold, tea was discusting. i had a gift card for 10$ , the girl claimed it had a 0$ balance. When I got home i checked again and I had $9.50 thats why I went there was to use my giftcard.
Yesterday I visited this location to purchase a lot of gift cards for teacher appreciation and Faith assisted me. She was so friendly and made the process quick and enjoyable. A great asset to the company!
Chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich was dry. Avocado was cut so thick like thick slices wouldn't stay on Sandwich; the sandwich didn't have Chipotle sauce on it. I did not enjoy it at all.
Food is decent, like what Panera tastes like. Customer isn’t anything special but they treat you bad either. Just beware, if you order curbside, you’re order might sit there for a bit if they’re busy. The app told me my order was ready but apparently they were too busy to walk it out. I even tipped for those 20 or so steps they’d have to take to bring it to my car. Alas, I had to do the walking inside, and nobody tipped me. Lol
Inconsistencies is a big turn off.I have compassion for businesses working understaffed, but non for poor customer service. Modifications for dietary and allergy restrictions should be honored and/or an alternative.
I just want to shout out the manager on duty tonight (1/13/22, I'm so sorry I forgot her name ?) for her amazing customer service and ability to handle me when I was rude. I was upset about my order and rude at first but she kindly put me in my place and went above and beyond to help me out. There need to be more people like her.
As always fresh ingredients equal great food! They forgot our chips but were very pleasant & helpful when we brought it to their attention.
Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my whole life. After waiting close to 50 minutes I got told that I was going to have to wait longer, but that I couldn't be given an ETA on the wait because my order wasn't even on the screen yet. Tried to cancel my order and ended up having to wait just to do that. Ended up spending nearly an hour and a half just to leave without eating anything. I know that times are difficult right now but an hour and a half for a sandwich is unacceptable.
