Such a wonderful Panera! Fresh food, great staff, decently priced! Love their BBQ Ranch! Broccoli chedder soup is my favorite with a baguette! Love love this restaurant! Good location for shopping and lunch!
Ordered a whole sandwich with no tomato due to being allergic. When I got home I realized they only gave me half a sandwich and put the tomato’s on anyway.paid $17 for half a sandwich that would send me to the doctor, a regular sized drink and a cookie. I hope somebody else is enjoying the other half for me, it was pricey. Enjoy
To be honest the food wasn't too bad but I don't like how the staff here behave. I don't go to this place usually so I took a while to decide what I want to order. Then I had difficulty to say my order because I'm not a native speaker and I'm talking through a mask. However, I didn't expect the staff being that rude to me. He didn't have patience to his customer. He should be trained again about how to behave to customer since that's as important as the quality of the food.
If I can write a zero star I would. This place is terrible. The staff there are extremely rude. I had seen many roll their eyes at me and be extremely rude verbally. I think his name was Christian, he was especially rude. He had cuss at me when I was asking about the menu, I don’t get what his deal is but that’s not how you talk to a customer. I have also seen many of the staff sneeze around the food which is extremely unsanitary. It’s much more unsanitary when u see them sneeze into their hands but don’t wash or use sanitizer after. I have also seen hair in my food and I’m pretty sure it’s from the staff name Any or something. Overall extremely terrible customer service, would never ever come back again. I wouldn’t go back even if someone pay me.
Always a smooth experience at this location. The employees are nice- especially an older gentleman who works in the morning. He is very quick getting orders ready!! This spot is quick no matter how busy it is. I love the unlimited beverage plan?
Normally spectacular, but today my sandwich was lacking meat, and the drink machine always had an issue nowadays. Today, no ice and no carbonation. The soup was great!
Surprisingly delicious margherita pizza. Obviously plenty of other options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. Good place to relax between appointments, get some work done, etc.
Food was not great like usual, my stomach hurts really bad and I want a refund too be honest!! Sandwich could have been way better and my sandwich was made with the wrong bread I asked & paid for.
Haven't been to a Panera for so long and decided to come this place instead when we saw a line at IHOP. We ordered two of the half breakfast sandwiches with bacon with croissant, iced latte & coffee. When I drank the iced latte, it tasted very disgusting like if someone puts sweet sour sauce into the latte— very nasty. The next thing I noticed is that the bacon was missing on one of the half sandwich I ordered, I needed to ask for a remake. The croissant came out cold and isn't worth paying $3 for. This reminded me of how nasty the coffee at Panera is and am not coming back.
