Super disappointed…I was thrilled to find out that Panera brought the Thai chicken soup in their summer menu 2022! I love the dish and thinking of Panera’s values I was excited to try it, so much so that I had it at 10am at at Panera South Park locationTo my complete disappointment, brown and yucky looking, this dish looked like a chili dish, not even remotely reminiscence to the vibrant colors and orange/milky hue from curry and coconut milkThis is a total failure - save your cravings for a traditional thai place, this was disgusting… why would you put such an authentic beautiful picture and deliver such a garbage?Such a shame…
Hard to call this a ‘grilled’ cheese. Staff is also very rude at this location.

Online it says they are currently open (11:30am), no hours posted anywhere. Employee was walking around and clearly saw me waiting in line but said nothing, then went to the back. Finally came back and somewhat rudely told me they don’t open until noon. Need to update hours, or post a sign, and absolutely need to work on customer service.

I liked the onion soup. But my grilled cheese sandwich had a piece of black plastic in it!!! Felt like I cracked my tooth! Not acceptable!Manager did not seemed concerned!Offered me a cookie...
Some employees were not wearing masks or gloves even though working in the kitchen.
Out of so many things with no bother to share until we picked up our food and sat down. Shortages happen by the end of the day, but a fair warning would’ve been appreciated. Further, no customizations were honored and just the run of the mill sandwiches were provided. Would avoid this location.
Kenneth is one of the most phenomenal salespeople I’ve met and such a great asset to Panera!. Even though it was near closing, Kenneth was genuinely invested in suggesting the different menu items. He was energetic and gracious. He is what every representative SHOULD be. Thank you, Kenneth, for making our day trip to Charlotte end on such a wonderful note!
