Not sure how you can mess up a two item order but sure enough Panera Bread did. Soup and salad I did not get my soup a total $28 via doordash. Tighten up Panera Bread, I don't have money to waste!
I understand you have the kiosks up front so that people can place their own order, but is it your company's policy for customers to be completely ignored? I went in today, Thursday, around 2:30 and there were two employees chatting up front. No one else was in line. I was looking at the bakery items and since no one came to help me, or even acknowledged my existence, I went over to the kiosk. As I'm trying to place my order a foot away, they are both going on loudly about their personal lives, one of them stating he "didn't get this job to make friends"; he didn't get this job to do this job either. I left without purchasing anything,
Amazing!They have the best mac & cheese!Last time I went I ordered a mango smoothie and it was delicious! Very nice staff! Definitely recommend!
I have a wonderful front-of-house experience at this location. I made a large, $125 order for pick-up and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the back-of-house as well. The runner was pleasant enough, but I could overhear the “cooks” speaking to one another stating that it wasn’t necessary to rush my order because I was 20 minutes early. Upon receiving confirmation for this order, I was advised that my order would be ready by 2pm and arrived around 1:55pm, their side of the order stated 2:30pm.I spoke up after I overheard one of the cooks stating not to rush my order and spoke to my arrival time being 2pm upon confirmation. If Panera is going to have an “open” kitchen, it would likely be beneficial to provide them with some rudimentary Customer Service Training.It is unlikely that my organization will order from this location again.
The manager and every single kitchen employee on Sharon Amity had their masks down off their faces as they prepared and packaged the food. When home with the order, missing the chicken we ordered on the Mediterranean bowl, missing eggs, avocado, bacon, and the dressing for the Green Goddess salad. Tried to call the store repeatedly, it hangs up on you. Our only recourse is to drive all the way back to ask for a refund.
I arrived at the Sharon Amity location tonight about 6:45. To begin with they were out of what I wanted so I had to make another selection, ok no sweat right. I chose the mediterainian chicken bowl looks great on the board my girlfriend decided on the pick 2. A green goddess salad and mac and cheese. Well the only thing in the bag that was right, the Mac and cheese. Hot home put on some house clothes sat down opened the bag no chicken in my bowl sloppily portioned food stuff all over the sides of the bowl dirty lid to boot. My girlfriends salad nothing but chicken and iceberg lettuce and 2 tomatoes no dressing etc... Tried to call to inform them three times no answer. Oh, and EVERYONE including the manager were using their masks as chin straps and pulling them even further down to cut up with each other directly over the food being prepared. Thanks panera for your dedication to our saftey and less than stellar customer service and product!
So I ordered a whole Ceasar Salad and I got a chicken Chipotle sandwich. The croutons was stale and the sandwich was a joke. They gave me a small corner bread as a sandwich. They charged all that money for this mess.
One of the slowest restaurants I've ever been to. The person expediting, who I am assuming was the manager was short with customers and had no control of the situation. Had no idea how long orders would take or where they were
Panera bread is always my go to place! But lately I’ve been experiencing missing items on my sandwich. I shouldn’t have to tell the employee how to make a sandwich when it’s on their receipt . I bought two bacon , egg & cheese with avocado and chipotle aioli. I paid 12.95 to received basically nothing on my sandwich and no bacon !! I expect better than this . During the making of my sandwich the cashier ebony was touching another employee with her gloves on who was making my sandwich . Something needs to be done . As I would like to continue my purchasing here.
I had to wipe down my own table. I asked for a lil more pizza sauce for my pizza. I was told it was frozen.
