Cashier was extremely rude. Rushed me through payment and then acted like I was an inconvenience for daring to ask for a chance to apply my loyalty points. Will definitely think twice before returning to this particular location.
I'll be honest - the customer service could have been a little bit better, but over all I would still rate them 5/5. The food was great, hot and fresh and we didn't have to wait around long for the order. I would definitely visit this location again.
Have been a regular customer at this Panera for over three years, and was grateful that delivery has been avaiilable during the pandemic. However, accuracy of orders has certainly slipped of late. In the past couple of months, I have had two orders misdelivered to wrong addresses or wrong person, and missing items from orders. I understand mistakes a busy times, but attempts to communicate with management have failed. They do not answer their phones, not even when calling during their preferred non-busy times. It wouldn't be so bad if they were not already on the expensive side, PLUS adding a $1.00 "convenience fee" for the inconvenince of incorrect orders, plus delivery charge, plus tip for driver collected before delivery is made. They have just priced and poor-serviced themselves out of my breakfast and lunch habit.
I’m done with Panera. Ordered a pizza and drink and tipped 30% for delivery since it was raining. I provided detailed instructions on where to park and how to enter the building. Delivery driver arrived with cold pizza and no $3 drink and wouldn’t get out of his car to bring it in. Called me to come outside instead, even though he was parked within 5’ of the front door. Didn’t care he forgot the drink. I’ve been calling Panera for an hour and no one will answer the phone (something I’ve experienced at other locations as well). No drink, no refund. They can keep it. Not ordering from Panera again. ?
Clean. Good spot to enjoy meals or sit and work. One of my go to work locations if I don't have to present. It can get loud at times.
Guess you have to be a regular to get great customer service. The lady in front of us clearly had breakfast bagels but we were told rudely, that breakfast was over at 10:30.... it was 11:05. Would have ordered something else had the employee been kind and friendly. Oh well, will spend my dollars elsewhere.
I ordered a Greek salad with no onions, Poor excuse for a salad. Looks like something from the cafeteria and the dressing I order did not come with it they said something else.
Ordered you pick two salad and sandwich. Salad was okay but not great, as to be expected with Panera. But the sandwich was not a chipotle chicken avocado melt at all like I ordered! It was literally two pieces of plain bread not toasted or anything with half melted American cheese in the middle, barely even warm and wrapped up in soggy paper. I wish I could post the photos I took of it! I have never been so disgusted! So much so I am now rethinking my life choices including ever ordering Panera again, but especially never ordering from/going to this location again! This went straight in the trash. First time I ordered they forgot to give me my cookie I ordered (it was a door dash order) but I made the mistake of giving them a second chance. They did worse this time around. Don’t eat here. Panera overall isn’t what it used to be sadly.
Well, the pandemic makes all restaurant experiences a little awkward. But they’re pretty good with orders, everything is served fairly quickly. Restrooms are clean.Right now, when you place your order you get a pager to pick your own food at the counter in the back. I’d suggest grabbing your table and waiting maybe a minute or two after the pager vibrates to avoid people crowding the counter. You may want to order ahead to save time. It takes a few minutes on your phone and I can almost guarantee that your order will be 100% correct versus placing your order at the register. Although, it is rare when they get your order wrong. If they ever do, is usually because another customer took your order. The food is worth it. Really! As a suggestion, because Panera Bread’s menu is mostly Carbs, you may want to order the smallest size and then split with someone; just for portion control. You should be able to substitute non-dairy for most drinks. And your order can be fully customized to your liking or dietary restrictions. The menu works much like it does at Starbucks, as far as substitutions go. And please don’t be afraid to ask for substitute. They’re staff is very friendly and understanding. It may take you a minute to explain what you want but they’ll serve you patiently. The bakery options change with the seasons, so you may want to try their pastries every once in a while. So far, they have the best Chai Late I’ve had. There’s also whole loaves of bread that you can ask to be sliced thick or thin. My daughter loves their Mac & Cheese and the sprouted grain bread.
Do not order online from this store. They constantly forget parts of your order and cannot be reached by phone to fix it. They have never answered when I call. I’m only leaving this review because it is a recurrent issue and I’m sick of it. Today they missed half my order and there was a hair in what did arrive so I was left with no food to eat. It’s totally gross to find someone’s hair in your food. The in person experience may be different.
