Good and prompt service. General manager Colin was very efficient, very professional.

Really busy all the time here breakfast and lunch busy times. But great healthy food a bit pricey but u have to pay for good and organic food. So it's a win for ur body to be filled with good stuff to start ur day breakfast here is one of my favorites.
The staff was rude. Might be fine at any other Panera but when you are dealing with people in a hospital the lack of compassion when people are dealing with possible worst time of their lives. The eye rolls and attitudes are not worth it, especially since I was the only one in line.Food was mediocre and expensive. I’m baffled because genuinely I like Panera bread but this left a bad taste in my mouth.I highly suggest going to the X-ray cafe across the way. People there are friendly and food excellent. They also try to learn your name and are genuinely happy to see you with every order. Pulling for your child or loved one too. And it’s made fresh.
Food is good. However when you ask about silverware in the hospital lobby panera, and then don't get any you get 1 star!
Got coffee 2x here and both times it was cold. Not even hot enough to melt the sugar.
I’ve been here several times. However, my most recent order was highly disappointing. Along with my soup came a complimentary portion of a baguette. You could tell that the slice was so small and cut from the nose of the baguette. As if their objective was to not throw away anything and to give me the last piece. They also ran out of Tabasco hot sauce and the staff didn’t really seem to care. I called the manager and although she seemed concerned and polite the least she could’ve done to address my concerns was to get my email or my phone number for a complimentary service.
Not good, ordered the turkey sandwich too much mayo could not even eat it. No sweet tea

Coffee tasted like water. Both dark and light roasts. Might be intentional to save money, or poor training. In either case, it needs to be addressed.
