I had a great experience at this Panera location! Went through the drive thru and ordered a new type of drink. When I got to the window Pazzy was awesome. She asked if I had tried any of these new drinks. When I responded with a no, she was kind enough to give me a little taste test. Super thoughtful and great service. Thank you, Pazzy!
Haven't been to Panera in quite some time, so not sure when the ordering kiosks became a thing (COVID?). Either way, it makes ordering easy...in and out.
I have never had a bad meal from Panera. My favorite is the Turkey chili on a cold day!!

Good, healthy food, and nice to be able to easily pick up an order and bring it home. However, we have had some issues with the orders not being correct in the past, or missing some bread that should come with our orders.
Great costumer service!,chase one of the managers at this location is ALWAYS respectful and helpful , whenever my order is wrong or out of stock he makes sure my order get taken care of and goes an extra mile, thank you chase for great service!

Ordered one item for pick up online they text me saying the order is ready and then tell me it was going to be 5 minutes. Some people have to be at work if the order is not ready don't advise the customer it is.
New establishment, very clean huge plus very friendly crew food super fresh great service consistently. Every time I’ve visited rather drive thru crib side or dine in the service has been great no complaints at this location
Went through the drive-thru at a very slow time of day (8:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning) and ordered a bagel with steak and cheese. When I opened the sandwich I found it was a steak and egg bagel. I had to wait a long time to get back to the service window, and when I said that I had ordered a steak and cheese bagel and instead received a steak and egg bagel, her annoyed question was "did it not have cheese?" I told her that I was unable to eat eggs, and again put out, she directed me to the parking spots. I finally have (most of) a steak and cheese bagel after 22 minutes of waiting.
