The nicest employees I’ve ever met! My cars battery died in this locations drive through. The employees graciously offered to help me push my car into a spot! After this they gave my meal for free even after trying to hand them my money! Great food and even better employees! Truly the best experience I’ve had in a while and will be coming back here!
The second touch point from the staff to me was to make the comment there was not enough employees this morning to get out my baking egg and cheese sandwich it a timely fashion.How should I handle this, should the company be hiring more staff or should the staff take On a more hustle mentality, I’m torn and confused.I just wanted a bacon egg and cheese sandwich after working out that’s it.I can’t fix global supply chain and labor issues on a Saturday morning.
Check out the photo - I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, cut up in quarters, through the drive-through. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bag to find the bagel pieces just thrown in the bag. Not wrapped, not even a napkin. How is this considered proper food presentation? Totally unacceptable.
This location needs new management. Every time i've ordered something it has been wrong, either drive thru or for delivery, and it's just not worth the effort to get it fixed. Almost every time i've gone through the drive thru, Ive been asked to pull around and park in the curbside pickup area and they would bring the food out. Ive never ordered more than 3 items in the drive thru, and the order was STILL wrong after they've made me wait. Too expensive for such poor service.
I am not one to post reviews but this has to be the worst Panera out there. Every order I get has a mistake and idk why I continue to go. Like how do you forget the dressing for a $12 salad?
I got asked 4 times about what type of drink and 4 times told her sweet tea, and still was given Unsweetened tea, ordered a salad and they didn’t include plastic ware to eat with, order a chicken sandwich of one kind and got a different kind. When you’re on a timed lunch break there’s no time to come back to argue or complain about poor customer service. This location continues to deliver less than desirable customer service. Pay attention to your customers Panera Bread.
Always omit something on your online order.. More than once ordered Fuji chicken salad and did not get any chicken. The drive through is somewhat better, if certain people are on, but the wait time is incredibly long due to the kitchen.This is the worst run Panera in the entire area. Corporate does not seem to care. It has been this way since opening.
For the third time in a row we’ve picked up an order to go and gotten home without everything we ordered. I can see one time as an accident, but three times? We won’t visit this Panera again.
