I do not leave reviews but I'm so sick of this place. I cancelled my drink subscription and am so over them. I miss the spot on Pineville matthews and Carmel. This one is my food is always late and cold. Today I called 5x after they canceled my order after I waited and hour and a half for delivery and then corporate told me it would take 15 days for my refund and we all know panera isn't cheap. I am so frustrated with them I'm done with the whole franchise

Had the pleasure of visiting this location to work on a project and compared to a couple of other locations, this place is amazing! From the tables to the microwave this place is spotless! The cashiers were extremely professional and so pleasant! The music and overall ambiance was so relaxing!! Cheers to Saad, Amy and Tiffany for doing a phenomenal job!!!

GO ELSEWHERE. If they had a zero I would give it to them. I ordered via Door Dash an hour ago and they had the driver waiting and then lied and said the order was picked up. 20mns later it was cancelled and we never got the food. It was for a grieving mother. It was lunch. Plain and simple. I would never eat in this dumpster. Too incompetent.

I rarely leave negative reviews but have to with this Panera. I have been coming here daily the past 2-3 months ordering $12 of breakfast each day. This does not include the orders for dinner that I order. I primarily eat Panera Bread because it is healthy, quick, and tasty. Unfortunately, this morning I ordered breakfast incorrectly at the Panera near my house vs my work. I was disappointed to learn that management was not able to make the souffles despite the hundreds of dollars a month I spend at Panera. I didn't complain when I had to wait for a different order because they were out of inventory in the morning or their being late on the order and that causing me to be late to work multiple times. But to not appreciate your customers patronage by helping with a human error. It ok I'll go to Chick Fil A where I'm greeted with a smile, known by name, and they memorize my order each morning. Food prices are getting too high for customers to deal with this.

I love Panera and am here from Arizona. Was trying to enjoy some last minute time before my departure with some breakfast with a friend. I ordered a soufflé and it wasn’t cooked through. Was still cold… stood at counter for five minutes asked if they could remake it. They said you have to speak to manager but she is on the phone: I said. Can you just remake it please, lady walked away and never acknowledged me again. Waited for manager they never came. Then asked gentleman at the front if he could help get them to just remake the soufflé to go. He said you have to speak to manager and 20 minutes later ended up the soufflé out with not one person giving a single care.super clean establishment, humorous treatment

Everything was ok. Just kinda blah and same as always. Soup wasn’t warm enough. Also, can’t for the life of me understand why a company as large as Panera, who lists vegetarian choices…as well as other allergens, is completely oblivious to people like me who need a gluten friendly menu.

Just doesn't seem like this location can get things together. I'm usually having to wait a while for my order. When I do rapid pick-up there is a 50% they don't do it, a 40% chance my order doesn't have my name on it and it's just sitting on the counter and staff have no clue what it is. So that leaves 10% it's actually correct and on time. Staff always look like it's their 1st day of work and they have not been trained. It's just doesn't look like things are going smoothly everytime I have been.

As always, very good food. There was a wait in line whether you were dining or called ahead for take out. The take out line seemed to move faster. They had a display out that they were hiring. Only one cashier handled the dine in. Still, worth the wait!

I use to enjoy the beef and broc. It was cold and no flavor. Never will I order that again.

My sandwich was a little to oily, but it was good. Nice lunch.
