Amazing! Great food, great service, thanks for having us.
Not a great experience. Arrived at 630 for our reservation and then had to wait about 15 minutes. Placed order and weâre notified there was no soup left. Waited over an hour and 30 minutes for food to arrive. We then find out there is no white rice available and if we would like brown or fried rice instead. Fried rice tasted like they made it with brown rice and wasnât that good. Excuses like short staffed or computers went down were apparently the reason for the kitchen back up. At least the manager compâd most of our order. Hoping this is a one off as I do like P.F. Changâs. Not sure we give this location another try but will another.
The server was nice and we ordered shortly after arrival. The food took nearly and hour to get after we ordered and we did not have appetizers. Our drink glasses were empty about 10 minutes before we got refills. We love PF Changâs but this simply was not the best outing.
The waitress was wonderful! She watched to see when all her tables had any needs and was right on it. All the staff were just upbeat and cheerful. The aura was wonderful. I bright my daughters and my mom and they had never been to P.F. Changâs before. It was and early 21st birthday for my oldest daughter and we plan on coming back in July for my other daughterâs 20th birthday. We truly enjoy the vibe, the staff and most if all -the delicious entrees! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Whoa!I used to love coming here. The service from my server was excellent. In fact, everyone was polite and professional. I would suggest that staff handling food have short appropriate length nails.Lets get to the food. The bartender is a keeper! The Mai Tai cocktail almost knocked me off my chair. They were strong but not overpowering. The Dynamite Shrimp looked like a cluster of batter, sauce and shrimp; like someone forgot to shake them as they cooked. My son said the Chicken Lettuce Wraps were delicious. He would order again. He also had the Pepper Steak. It looked fresh, well seasoned and plated nicely. He said that was good as well.I ordered the Mongolian Beef. The beef was tender although some pieces were overcooked and slightly chewy. I kinda felt like they mixed some old with freshly cooked pieces together. Also there was no sauce with it. Im sure I had it in the past with a sweet brown sauce. Not swimming in gravy but a nice sauce that mixed well with the rice. I had to ask for the sauce. Otherwise, I wouldve had rice topped with steak.Lastly, the dish I came for was sold out. They didnt have anymore Singapore Street Noodles. How do you run out!! I was told it was the end of the night and they dont have anymore. So I guess in their defense it was 9:30pm and they closed at 10pm.Pet peevesThey mentioned on arrival they were down 2 servers. That meant there was going to be a wait and service was going to be slow. The wait was average and the service was actually faster than normal. I guess the kitchen was on point.Overall, my son was happy celebrating his birthday and that's all that mattered to me!Update: P.F. Chang's offered to make my experience right. They issued me a gift card. So i went back on 5/11/22.I got fried shrimp dumplings for my appetizer and guess what...my Singapore Street noodles!!?My guest got fried pork dumplings and Short rib fried rice.Once again, the bartender didnt disappoint! The drinks were on point. Our server Zaed, offer superior service! He was very personable, knew the menu well and was able to offer drink suggestions. Next time I will order: IWAI OF THE TIGER or COCONUT MOJITO.I did all of that and forgot to use my gift card! Oh well??♀️??♀️ I'll be back!!
My wife and I arrived at the time of our reservation and the hostesses seated all the walk-ins ahead of us. She would ask them if they had a reservation and most were all a party of two. I saw one other couple that were waiting and they were experiencing the same issue. After 20 minutes of this, we left.
Good all around. Not the best restaurant in history, but it's solid. And near the theater, so my wife and I sometimes go here and share a few things before heading to a movie.
The food is always delicious. Staff is always friendly. Made reservations for Mother’s Day. We had reservations for 6:15 p.m. We were able to get a seat at the bar while we waited on our table. The bar area is first come first serve. Eventually, we ordered our food at the bar. It took an hour for our food. We were at the bar 2 hrs. Overall it took almost 3 hrs before our table became available. By then we had already ate and was paying the bill. The waiting area and outside entrance was overcrowded with folks waiting on their reserved tables to become available. Generally, service is quick but Mother’s Day they were overloaded. For some reason a family of 4 sitting at the high top bar table was able to get their food fairly quick and they had a large order. They even received their food before the table next to them that ordered before them. Suggestion to restaurant, ensure servers keep a 2 hour time limit on patrons who are eating.
45 minute wait to be seated even after having a reservation and took 40 minutes to even get our food. Food was not at its usual level. I was very disappointed at this experience.
Great service, incredible food.
