Loved! Always love the outside experience

If only 0 stars was an option. Came here because we don't have PF Chang's in Toronto and was really looking forward to filling my craving. Made a reservation and when I arrived I asked the hostess for the empty booth available and was told that the server for that table was at full capacity and that we'd have to wait 10 minutes. They went to set our table in the backroom, which took with no music, no vibe, and closed off, which still somehow took 12 minutes, and we refused and asked to be seated in the main dining area. I asked again to be seated in the booth as now 15 minutes had gone by and were given the same explanation, and were seated at table right NEXT to the booth. I said 'surely you can have a different server serve the booth since the tables are less than 3 feet apart and were told no. We were then seated at the table 3ft away, and within 5 minutes of us being seated at our table, the booth was also seated by other patrons. I ordered a cocktail and asked for the simple syrup on the side. After waiting a ridiculously long time for my cocktail it was made WITH the simple syrup, and was not offered on the side. At this point I spoke with the manager and he apologized and said he would talk to his bartender to find out if the drink was made correctly but that he would also bring out a fresh new drink to ensure it was made correctly. When I received the drink, it was evident the bartender lied to the manager, or the manager lied to me that the drink had been made as ordered. We ended up not ordering dinner and went next door and the vibe and service was top notch. Very disappointed with my experience here.

Would've given 5 stars but they were sold out of the Braises Ribs at 3pm. Maybe they had a lunch rush.

We had the absolute worst experience at this location today. We walked in and were greeted with a blank stare. The woman rudely asked how many in our party in which we replied “4 adults, 2 kids and we need a high chair for one of the children” she walked away and another girl walked up and said they were unable to take any large parties due to being understaffed, mind you there were other families of our size with children dining in and the whole place was pretty empty. And when did a party with 4 adults and 2 kids constitute as a “large party”… I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and this was just handled horribly. They could have sat us and explained things might be slower, coming from the service industry we totally understand shortages and slower service due to the pandemic.

What happened to PF Chang's??? This used to be an upscale restaurant, now it is worse than eating at McDonald's. This was the worst meal I have had in a long time. We were told that we could not sit in the dining room, we had to sit in the bar area. The food was terrible and the service was even worse. Waiters are talking and cursing about customers loud while putting in orders. Food was disgusting and we could not even get a refill on drinks. Stay away!!! They need to close down.

Years ago my wife and I frequented the PF Chang’s in Phillips Place and enjoyed it immensely. We recently decided to check it out again and it was a disaster. We sat at the bar, ordered a couple of apps, sushi and an entrée. Food took forever. Sushi was the worst we’ve ever had. The entrée was poorly seasoned and prepared my a clueless chef. You couldn’t pay us to ever set foot in this place again.

I had lunch at the PF Chang's on Phillips Court Road and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of food and the authenticity. Every dish was uniquely different and flavorful and the portions were ample. Excellent place to go if you want an exceptional dining experience.

Took my daughter and friends here for her 15th birthday. Our waitress, Ashley, was a sweetheart. It was obvious that she was very busy yet, she served and filled our individual request without fail and.in a timely manner. The food was excellent. We had 6 in our group and we ordered five different main dishes. All of us were completely satisfied with our meals. Taking everything into consideration and the fact that we had such a great time, I most assuredly will be back.

Before I begin, it is really important to pay attention to reviews, especially with this place. First time here. There was a 15 min wait, we come in and they had no idea what we were talking about. We finally get to a table, out of all the tables right by the computer. ? Anyway, it took forever for our waitress to ask AND bring drinks. We order, I had a request to change noodles to rice and she looked at me weirdly. The food took an eternity. This was the worst food I have ever had. There is a reason why they have this kind of rating. I got the Singapore street noodles, awful noodles, and not even hot. It felt like they were not cooked, I don’t know something was wrong. I really believe they waited a solid 15 mins after it was “cooked” to bring it out. The waitress never came back to ask about the food until we were done. These people are never seeing me again. I was expecting something better? Next time, I’m going to 800 wood fired kitchen next door, appears better than this place.

Mediocre food. Service was good.
