The food was delicious!! The new blooming fried chicken was juicy and tender with a good flavor. The Alice Springs chicken with mushrooms, bacon and cheese was also very good. We tried the Tasmanian chili and it had a nice flavor and little kick of spice. Mother's Day brunch was wonderful!
Update: 04-08-2022: The place was busy. My server, Shea was professional and quick. Pretty much the fastest I received drinks in all of the places I visited. Oh, it was good to see some of the same faces since the start of the pandemic. ?The food was good. They have some staffing shortage but do the job. Most places you will meet the manager but the bartender and others were running the place. For example at a few Longhorns you will see a manager. So where was the manager on a Sunday afternoon???
Food took a while to come out, but it was fresh and delicious. Service could have been better. Waitress was friendly, but didn’t check on us after she gave us our food. The coconut shrimp has gone down in size drastically, but overall great establishment.
Amazing service from our server Cynthia G. Personable, fast, attentive, and went beyond the expected service to accommodate my 82 year old Mom. The manager (Dave) also came by and introduced himself. Fantastic fresh salads, delicious hot steaks cooked to perfection, soft fresh-baked bread with real butter, ice cold drinks. This is my new favorite “go to” place for steaks, coconut shrimp, and salmon. Can’t beat the quality and was reasonably priced. Love this place!!
Bad experience. We ordered the porterhouse medium and it came nearly well done. A $30 plate that was trash. My son's little cheeseburger was cooked to death. The cheese was so old it looked plastic, and it was so dry he couldn't eat it. The server had a great greeting and was so pretty, but she was also training in bar while serving. So our service was sporadic. I had 1 to-go order she told me to wait to give, and I never got the chance to order it because the longer we were there, the longer between her table touches. We dined for the average hour, with drinks and appetizers for a 7 top table. For a $200+ ticket, the food, flavor and quality of food and service was shabby to say the least. Lastly, the itemized receipt has your suggested tip amounts based in the total versus the subtotal, and y'all know dang well that the taxes don't go to the house so the tip is based on the subtotal. It's evident to me that getting over on people and seeking high gross sales is more important to you than return clientele and word of mouth. So y'all be well. And the guest should always be given their itemized with their credit receipts. Period.
Service was amazing but the fries were a little dry and not enough for the money as well as the small kookaburra wings. Really enjoyed the prime Rib tho.
The atmosphere is great for family and the food is awesomely good. I love the house bread l, I am definitely going to be visiting again.
The bad over did the good. Let's start with the good. The steak was awesomely seasoned, cooked to perfection, and just the right temperature. That was the ONLY good. Now, the bad. We upgraded our side (for $2.00) to the Blue Cheese Pecan, but when we were near the end of eating the salad, we realized that neither salad had any pecans. We ordered the baked sweet potato, it was cold to just slightly warm (not enough to melt butter). I went to the rest room, and had to run from one stall to another with my pants around my knees to get toilet paper. Lastly, the thing I find the WORST, is that we told the waiter AND THE MANAGER, about the missing pecans and the cold potato and we were still charged for the salad upgrade. They didn't even offer or refund us the $2.00. To show such greed over respect for the customer (charging for something you didn't even give the customer) is the reason I ask that you avoid this restaurant and go to the Longhorn down the street. I hope this review makes them loose much more, in customers and sales, than the two dollars they stole from us.
The hostess and the waiter very nice. I ordered a medium well sirloin with grilled shrimp. The steak was burnt. I could not pierce my fork through it. The loaded baked potato was barely warm and incomplete. The broccoli soggy.2nd steak was delivered medium rare. Way undercooked and bleeding.3rd time asked for just shrimp and potatoe.. Both were better. My girlfriend’s half a rack of ribs in no way resembled a half a rack. The mashed potatoes were barely warm and her broccoli was soggy as well. The first bread was good the second bread was warm as well.It used to be very good. . This was a miss. Food quality far from par.
Great food and polite staff. Even in a busy Saturday night we were able to order curbside and have it ready in 20 mins
