I just want to say customer service is everything. I always get Take out and I absolutely love JOY + TOY. There is such a lack of customer service these days! They are a breath of fresh air. Oh and the food is good at this location and if something is not up to par, the management is excellent about taking care of their customers!

Devante was absolutely amazing! He took extremely good care and offered his recommendations for food as well as drink. I recommend coming and sitting at his bar. Quality service and food. 10/10
This location deserves a 5-star rating for their customer service. I was delivered the incorrect order due to someone having the same name as mine. An easy mix up and totally understandable on a busy Saturday night. When I called to ask for my actual order to be delivered- the manager offered a full refund and a free desert. I just wanted my original order since I paid for 3 steaks (which is not cheap). I did not expect to be given a full refund or a free desert but this guy hooked us up. I am very impressed with how they handled the situation and think they deserve to get credit for it. Not every restaurant would have handled it this way. So thanks and keep up the great customer service!
Food was very good but Devante the waiter was even better. Ordered my rib eye steak medium rare and it was perfect.
Awesome customer service. Our hostess Carmen was super attentive and nice. She kept checking on us without it feeling like we were rushed. Definitely would request her as my server during my next visit!

Service was horrible asked for a tall double crown and diet and received a double shot of crown in a tall glass no diet. Ordered the filet and lobster and received what was a 1 inch thick steak which looked like a pitete sirloin no lobster. We were there from 630 pm until 930 pm until we had our food. I've had a great experience there 1 year ago but the last 2 experiences will have me going to McDonald's for dinner before I go to this outback again
