Great home town, open atmosphere!! They have a patio that's covered by trees when you walk up, so you can wait to be seated if needed. When you walk in, something tells you this food is about to slap (be really tasty), so the hostess sits you down and gives you everything you need. Very attentive servers, pleasant attitudes and willing to accommodate you with whatever you need! We needed to adjust the order, and there was no negative feedback; they fixed the issue and made sure we left with smiles on our faces! If I could give 0 stars I would. Sweet tea and apple juice was way too sweet. Omelette didn’t even look like a omelette. The only thing that was halfway decent was the waffle and I barely ate that. House potatoes tasted like the grill. Half of my food I had to send back. $44.46 for me and my wife’s food and we are still hungry. Definitely not worth the trouble coming here. Go to McDonald’s instead.
Besides the 2 hour wait ??♂️, the food was great, fresh and the portions were for a feast. The kids meals were a great size also, one plate could feed two little ones. Will definitely be going back.
The Alejandro asked me if I wanted some hot sauce five times... three was before I even got my plate every time the answer was no.. the eggs were fine they didn't have cheese like I wanted though the bacon was undercooked and dry and hard the potatoes where dry and burned. The Georgia pecan pancakes where good. All for about $20

This place stays busy! There was a wait on Sunday, but it wasn't long. Host greeted us upon entry, was courteous, & quoted the wait. They text me once the table was ready. Our waitress/waiter was excellent both times. Yes both times. Sun & Mon. Food service was timely, quick, & hott! The house made strawberry and blueberry syrup was delicious and the pancakes ? scrumptious! ?
I brought my mother here after we her doctor's appointment because she loves pancake houses like they have at the beach. She said the pancakes here are just as good as any she's ever had so I was happy.. The omelets are also AMAZING, way more than you can eat! The staff does a great job, too. We have came here MANY MANY times and always had excellent service. "SHA" was our server in this occasion and we REALLY enjoyed her vibe. Can't recommend highly enough
We hadn't come in a long time and decided to try it. The service was great, attentive and friendly. The coffee was good. The blueberry pancakes were ok. My avocado toast was quite sad, see pic, the eggs were kind of oily, the home fries just ok. Overall edible, but with so many choices in CLT not a repeat.
My son, daughter and I had breakfast here this morning. They seemed to be short of staff but the manager jumped in to help and he was fantastic. He took our drink orders and even helped deliver our food. It has been a long time since I have seen a manager anywhere that was as busy as his employees. And what great employees! The folks were constantly busy but the waitresses always took a moment with everyone to have a bit of a chat and to make us feel special.Our waitress Kristin was delightful. We never lacked for service. She kept our cups full and checked on us often. The manager also took the time to go through the room to see that everyone was satisfied with the meals and service.Kristin was cheerful and responsive to our comments, honestly she seemed to be our friend instead of an employee who only had a job to do.The food was delivered hot and fresh. The menu had plenty of choices.This is a great place to dine.
