This is an American Mexican chain restaurant. The staff at this location have been friendly and professional. The free chips and salsa are good, during my visits they have provided a mild and spicy salsa. The margaritas are prepared well, beer is nice and cold. The price for beer is a bit high. The quality of ingredients and preparation of our meals have been great. With Covid still lingering and inflation occurring, I really appreciate the staff being professional and seeming like they want to work there. Thank you to the waitress that turned my debit card in to management on my last visit after I left without it.
Food was NOT good. But the service? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Will, I pray your professionalism and respect is noticed by management. You were not dealt a good hand tonight on Cinco De Mayo, however you handled it all with patience and kindness. Thank you for in incredible service. Though we won’t be back due to the food taste, I rate 4 stars for exceptional service.
Very. Good service. I will go back. My kids loved it as well. I had the steak hoagie absolutely wonderful!
Service was terrible. Took forever to get drinks. We were a party of 12 in the middle of the day. Nobody else was around....not even our waitress. Never got water refills, none of the plates were picked up when we were done with appetizers and chips. When it came time to pay she couldn't get the tickets straight, one side of the table and the other side. Such a disappointment and on top the gratuity was already included....which was way too much for the service.
Arrived at 6:15 and were told that they were short staffed and that it would be a while to be seated. Got seated around 6:20 and ended up walking out after 15 minutes of not having been waited on for even our drink orders.Wouldn't have mind the wait if we had gotten drink orders placed and some chips and salsa because we used to love this particular location, but waiting 15 minutes to be served in any capacity after trying to get a waiters attention twice just isn't worth it.
I was there with a friend of mine about 4 maybe 5 weeks ago, I've been going to that restaurant for about 10 years with my family celebrate birthdays always good always great. This time went with my friend and I ordered chimichanga as I always do the last six times that I ordered it came out cold the beans and the rice with cold the chimichanga was warm reason being that they point the sides first to get school and then they put the chimichanga oh, my last six times I ordered the same thing my mail came out cold every single time. So when I was with my friend I ordered again and mentioned it to them but what they did they brought it out it was microwaved. The sides would write out the chimichanga it just was Gucci because it was microwaved, same with my friends order I forget what he ordered was not good at all. They want that crowded and I asked the waitress how's business call it's great it's like it's always been and from the number of people in the restaurant that day and it was just around 12:31 look like a ghost town. So obviously she was lying plus it took forever to get a straw for my water and it took forever to get the order to begin with, and then to get extra napkins I had to go chase after the waitress.. I will never ever go back again. Because of the lack of attention to the customer oh, and the quality of the food I would love to go back my father owned Nine Restaurant never had these problems. You lost me and my entire family birthdays no longer going there I'll go elsewhere or stay home. My own opinion I don't think you're going to be in business much longer.
Our service was good. I really can’t complain. I don’t agree with a lot of these negative reviews, the food was just as good as any other chain restaurant. Our waitress was great.
Soooo much needed girls night out. We wanted tacos and margaritas because that's what everyone wants on a Tuesday. We got there at 815 and the place was pretty empty for a taco Tuesday (now I know why) We ordered cheese dip, guacamole, tacos, two margaritas and one Corona ( pretty simple) The margaritas ? were DISGUSTING and I mean DISGUSTING we could not even drink them (how do you mess up frozen margaritas?) They had no Coronas. After being there over an hour because now it's 9:21 we had not even gotten our cheese dip and guacamole. Then about 9:27 the kitchen door opens and we see the waitress is standing over food with her mask off and cleaning snot off of her nose with her bare hands then picks up the plates to bring to our table. When we said something the other woman with her replies "ok so what do you want me to do, make yall food over?" She was very nasty neither apologized they seemed like it was common practice and there's nothing wrong with cleaning your nose over somebody's food and not washing your hands. I got the impression that they may feel like covid is fake news. Never going back! But we left and went to Friday's down the street and it was everything!!
The food was mediocre, felt like Applebee's does Mexican food. Our server was great, he was the highlight of the meal. Probably won't go back. There are much better options around.
Omg!!! The chicken tortilla soup! DE-LI-CIOUS! I've had it from other places, but this one right here won! Service was great, shout out to our server Sidney, very patient, understanding and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!
