WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went in with my family to retrieve my free birthday bundtlet and purchase a few more. Young lady that served us never greeted us when we walked in so we pretty much just stood there until I asked her if she was ready for us while her and her coworker looked our way and rolled their eyes (no one else was in store). Once served she pretty much pushed bag on counter and didn’t say a word. No “thank you and have a great day” like she did for the Caucasian patrons she served ahead of us. She however did mumble something under her breath while rolling her eyes again. I have came in to this location before and received this type of service and didn’t want to assume it was racially driven, but at this point this is what it feels like. I will not be using this location and pretty much won’t ever be shopping at any of their chains ever again. If you’re African American please know you’re not welcomed here ?
Always yummy! I prefer the funfetti style, but the red velvet, lemon and other flavors are always great as well. Always great to grab a couple to surprise everyone with.
HORRIBLE experience. Ordered a Birthday cake for delivery, nicest, sweetest young lady Jada took the order. Thought we were all set so I let the birthday boy know it was being delivered. I get a call later from a "MANAGER" ? Sally? who said they couldn't deliver, so sad, too bad and that was it - tough luck... Where is customer service, accountability and reliability in today's world? It's NOT at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Charlotte, that's for sure.
I bought the strawberry and cream flavoured cake. It tastes great, a bit on the sweet side. However the taste makes it feel a little expensive as it taste more like a store bought cake mix rather than a cake shop
I eat at this place regularly. Last night I purchased a cake and it had a piece of plastic almost an inch long in it. Very, very disappointed in the unsafe product that was sold to us. I am just glad one of the children didn’t eat it.Update: I was able to speak to someone about the incident and it’s been resolved
Always fresh, nice staff. But they need to stop the marketing push about buy a tote bag and your next dessert is free( or something like that).Disconcerting and pushy. Puppy dog, guilt look if you do not do the “ deal”.It’s like, “come on, guys your a bakery!” Making a sales pitch when you are trying to order a $ 40 cake, ….. what ever, is just a pain.Stop it, life with crazy calls on our cell phone to sell you stuff….. that’s gone into pure harassment mode; but to get a cake? Really. Let your product and service sell themselves. This will backfire in the long term.
Margaret went about and a beyond to help me send bundtinis to my son for his birthday! No only was she knowledgeable, Margret was also very friendly. My son said there were really good!

Wow! I have only got the mini Bundt's the last two years for my husband's birthday for 25 guys and they ALL love them! They are now requesting them every year for the annual birthday/Gauley release kayak trip! The chocolate chip is so smooth, light, fluffy and delicious! The red velvet is also amazing and delicious! They offer a lot of different flavors which I am sure are equally delicious but have not ordered as of yet. Their online ordering/pick up is easy and user friendly. This is my new go to place for birthday or celebrations!
Not only are the Bundt cakes and bundtlets amazing, the customer service is unbeatable! Our cake order for a coworkers birthday was mixed up with another order, so we ended up with a different flavor than we originally ordered. I called the S Kings Drive location and was able to speak with Jeff, the owner, and he personally delivered the correct flavor of Bundt cake to our office. Thank you so much, Jeff!
