Ordered a tofu Mexican salad at 4:23pm & waited around 25 minutes for my order, the staff apologized for the wait & was friendly. I drove home 45 minutes to open up the to-go order & it’s a Mediterranean salad with olives & onions & noodles. The 2 dressings were for the Mexican salad. This is disappointing but not by any means a big deal so I called the store around 6:45pm to see what could be done. When you try to call Noodles & Co it first routes you to a call center where people answer the phone by asking weird questions like “Hi is this Anne?” or “Hi please confirm your number ends in 8108.” It took 3 call attempts to get someone to route me to the store location I ordered at (JMK university) because the call center reps just want a name & phone # & for you to place an order. Wild. Finally got through to the store & literally as the phone call connects/is answered an employee says “UH, SOMEBODY CALLING TO COMPLAIN.” Honestly, as embarrassing as this is hearing that almost made me cry. I had nice convos with the employees when I placed my order, we were complimenting each other & laughing/complaining about pollen & allergy season… the last thing I was calling to do was make anyone feel bad or be unnecessary. I just wanted the meal I paid for & to discuss options, which the manager explained is to come back sometime & she’ll make a note to remake my order, which is great & appreciated. But like… you guys DID get the entire type of salad wrong from Mexican to Mediterranean after an almost 30 minute wait - it just sucks that making orders correctly & trying to get through to the store is immediately met with trash talk you know the customer can hear. I’ll probably reach out to corporate about refunding me or sending a gift card to another location because I don’t know if I’d even feel comfortable going back here now.
I really dislike leaving bad reviews but I just cannot ignore the quality of the food I got from here. We got the pad Thai, Japanese noodles and some Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese tasted cheap. The Japanese noodles were so stiff I had to give up and stop eating them because it was gross and I don’t typically do that. The pad Thai wasn’t very good either. For the price point I expected a little bit better quality, but to be honest, I wouldn’t have paid any price for the stuff we ended up getting.
Part of Order was prepared incorrectly .. 2nd half (dumplings)— the dough was partially crunchy, which was weird & they were all mashed together so I had to peel them apart. Very disappointing.. this location always claims to be busy but there is never anyone there when you arrive.
It was really awesome I use the app and get curbside the weight is never more than five minutes the people are always friendly and my order is always correct
This is a great option for dinner that is traditional and has a bit of spice to it! You got to check it out!
I ordered at 8 pm and arrived at 8:45… place closes at 9… got there and everyone could see and hear me at the door while my prepaid food was sitting on the counter. I had to yell through the middle of the door for the girl at counter directly in front of me to come to the door and give me my food! Then when she went back inside, her and her fellow employee just thought it was funny! Totally expected for low wage employees!!
Do not order delivery! I placed my order at 12:47pm (a small order, 1 bowl and 1 appetizer). The estimated delivery time was 1:16pm. The receipt showed a pickup time of 12:55pm. The food did not leave the restaurant until 2:00pm and was finally delivered at 2:18pm. It took 1hr and 31mins for the food to be made and delivered. The food was of course cold. The cheese had hardened over the noodles and the entire dish was 1 solid clump. Uneatable. When dining in, the food is great, but the delivery option is an absolute disgrace.
Good food, but expensive. Small bowl was >$10 and was really small. Place was nearly empty and the food took a while to come out. A little disappointed based on past experiences at this chain.
For a fair review I ordered through DoorDash. I got the chicken noodle soup. I was really impressed with how good the soup was!!! Lots of flavor. The best chicken noodle soup I’ve had in a long time. Wish I had ordered more. Will be ordering again.
