My son and I came in for dinner. After waiting for about 10 minutes for a server. We waited another forever for our water and non refillable coke to come. No ice for either water or coke. Our chicken chimichanga had super dry chicken wrapped in a fried shell with what appeared to be ketchup and cheese sauce. Not very tasty. I had 3 very dry little chicken enchiladas. Supposed to have green sauce and cheese sauce on them. Only had melted cheese on it. Again very dry chicken. No tasty sauce to help it. We didn't see our server for about 30 minutes. We finally walked to the front to pay our bill. Waited about 10 minutes for no one to even look at us. Our server zoomed past us once. Didn't even look at us. I could clearly see everyone of Hispanic decent getting served smiled at. Talked to. Acknowledged as a paying customer. So I acted like a ghost and walked out the front door and left. I will not be back. And we love Hispanic food. Just not from here.

I'm not Hispanic, I'm black, and I'm not sure if this played a part in how they treated me. They ignored me at the bar and then proceeded to give me a drink that was just terrible. A latina friend of mine posted a pic of her drink and it looked delicious so I ordered one a couple of days later and it looked like they just dumped something in a glass and handed it to me. They ignored me again didn't check on me at all. I felt like an outsider at a chain restaurant.

OMG, the food is great! Our waitress was wonderful. Good authentic Honduran cuisine.

Seems to be authentic Hispanic cuisine. I say seems only because I do not have the knowledge base to know authentic Hispanic cuisine. The clientele seemed to suggest the authentic nature of the location. Plus, Spanish was the primary language of the staff. We did have a hiccup or two due to language barrier. We were pleased on many levels. Food was served hot and fresh. Flavor profiles were rich and deep. I had the seafood soup. The actual name of the soup eludes me since it was written in Spanish. It was delicious. Very hearty with plenty of shellfish to please my desire for seafood. The papusa was shared and we both agreed it was a highlight of the meal.My wife had the chicken burrito. Although the chicken was a little on the dry side it was flavorful. The fresh ingredients made up for any dryness of the chicken. The overall makeup of the dish was fresh and flavorful. The sanitation rating was posted at 86 or a B. Initially this was a concern. Unfortunately, I feel this rating may be a direct result of a language barrier since the place seemed very popular and our food was excellent.

8 months agoSo, my fiance and I came to celebrate our upcoming nuptials by coming to this restaurant. I went inside to see how long was the wait list. The good part there wasn't any they were willing to take us instantly the second part is I had to speak to three different people to ask how long the waitlist was. Even though the young lady was helpful and let us pick the area for us to dine, she instantly took our beverages orders to begin. In the midst of waiting for 10 minutes just to get our start beverages two larger parties sat near us they instantly got their beverages, chips and salsa and the waitress took that families orders. After witnessing that we felt truly disrespected and disregarded as though our black money did not matter. I wish I could give zero stars to rate the experience. I can't help but Wonder maybe if I was a different ethnicity I would have been treated other...

The salsa was literally ketchup. Tasted and smelt just like it. The food we ordered tasted old/expired and just not fresh. Did not have a good experience here…

Terrible service ', and yall need to fix the parki g lot!!!

The food was pricy but the portions were incredible, you definitely get what you pay for and then some. The desserts were a bit lacking, the Tres Leches was missing 2/3 leches, but it was decent.

Ordered shrimp tacos to go. No salsa. I had never had shrimp as dried as these. Whoever cooked them did not care that they were literally dried up. Not good at all.

The food is really good ,and the staff is amazing. Love it ???
