The absolute best chicken wings I’ve ever had.

Great Wings! Friendly Staff!

Absolutely would not recommend. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Found hair in my wings and went back to request a refund. Asked for a documentation that the refund was being processed and the lady bald lady with purple hair had a terrible attitude and was extremely unhelpful. Definitely not a way to treat customers especially when it’s on the restaurant. I would give them 0 stars if i could.

The wings were pricey for sure but absolutely delicious. I had the BBQ and the regular house made. Both fantastic

Really good wings, great flavor options and felt they were real sized chickens vs overly hormone, beefed up chicken wings. Always consistent quality. Great rooftop views too. They are often ready to have the best wings in Charlotte… Debatable but good. A tad too expensive though and I’d be just as full and pleased at another good wing spot too.

The only thing I knew about coming to North Carolina for the first time was to try Amélie's and Moosehead grill, and Moosehead did not disappoint! They have a great little space with plenty of seating, and their wings live up to the reputation; BUT know that the "Hoisen Poison" wings are not messing around—they really bring the force of that California Reaper. As someone who likes a good bit of spice, the Killer Bees were the best wings I've had, but their staple blackened wings surprised me with how good they are! The barkeep was kind enough to give me a side of the Bee's Knees sauce to have with their blackened wings, and it's a real heck of a combo.Overall, a heck of a dive and a very high recommendation to anyone looking for a cozy pub environment with great wings.

Ordered the Baja Fish Taco, but it turned out to be more of a quesadilla than a taco. Regardless though, it was quite good. Fellow patron recommended the wings for my next visit; the bartender said if I get them blackened they’re fried, sauced, then grilled. Sounds pretty good, honestly.Bartender was cool, very friendly. I’ll return.

Just a strange atmosphere. I'm glad people like it, but it wasn't for me. The music was loud, so I'm glad we were seated outside. We waited 10mins for a table at 6pm, which was fine. People were smoking outside, which we didn't love. We had to go find a waiter to ask to be attended to. The staff wasn't rude, but you can't call them friendly. We interacted with 4 staff, all serious and straight-faced and not welcoming. The crowd was made up of mostly college students. The po-boy was good, and my partner liked his wings. We probably won't be back. I'd definitely call it a dive. Just not a vibe that suited us, and that's okay.

Loved Moosehead grill in Charlotte. Had a chill vibe, great music and many TV’s to watch the game. We had 4 types of wings are they were so good- possibly the best I’ve had in CLT. We also had the onion rings and the 1/2 order of nachos. They were huge, we couldn’t believe that was a 1/2 order. The beer selection was solid too. Will definitely go back!

I tried this place for the first time and it was great. The lunch specials where great portion size for the value. I got the clam chowder and being from Boston originally, I haven’t found a New England Clam Chowder, until now. This place is great and I highly recommend trying this place out.
