The service was amazing as the people were nice and pleasant to talk to. The wait time was low and the food came out hot and delicious. Overall the food was great and me and my family liked our experience here.
I always try to avoid using the delivery services since they take such a big cut from restaurants, but after taking a red eye home, we had no food and were not up for going anywhere. I had a GrubHub gift card and this was the only place that delivered to us that sounded good.We got:- Chili Paneer- Gobi 65- Shahi Paneer Korma- Methi Paneer- Garlic NaanStarting with the good: the Chili Paneer was my favorite dish. It's one I've been wanting to try for a while and I loved it. I also enjoyed the Gobi 65. It wasn't as crispy as it should be, but I'm guessing that's because we got delivery.The curries were just ok for me. I wanted more depth of flavor. The biggest issue I had with everything was the paneer. It was so rubbery it was almost inedible. It literally squeeked when I bit into it. It was really hard to get past. I would have probably given them 4 stars if the paneer were cooked right. On the bright side, this went away when we ate it cold leftover the next day.With so many amazing Indian restaurants in Charlotte, I won't be running to come back here, but I would be curious how the in person dining experience compares to delivery.
Tasty food , made according to the specifications told. Weekend specials chicken majestic, fish pomfret are very delicious. I would surely recommend mirchi house food for all Indians . Its a must try place in Charlotte.

Worst food. Was good only first time we visited. Food was worst second time. We tried take out 3 more times to see if food would improve. Getting worse. Will never visit or Would not recommend.Don't be fooled by the review and ratings. Most of the reviews were for the Chinese place before this restaurant.
This place is great! I had a lot of questions about the menu as it was my first time here. The staff was very nice and helpful. Food was really good!
First time trying this place and it was okay.. I asked for mild but it tasted more like spicy…. I could barley eat it. The sauce for my paneer wasn’t as creamy as I’m used to. The vegetable pakora was good but also pretty spicy. The garlic naan was fine but seemed like it was head awhile ago. The customer service was good and the food was packaged nicely to go.
I’ve ordered food from this restaurant several times from opening day onwards. Quality and taste getting reduced drastically. I was surprised, how people will eat burnt chicken pieces in biryani.
I tried Mirchi House via Uber Eats on Friday, 10-22-21. I ordered Masala Vada (4 pieces), Cheese Naan, & Paneer Tikka Masala (spicy). I was starving when I ordered.The food was hot. Never had Masala Vada before; it was different but good. The naan was pretty cheesy. The PTM was spicy & good. It was the 1st time I had PTM with onions in it. I happen to like onions; someone who doesn't like them may have an issue.
