New Bubble Tea place. Delicious. Definitely worth a try. Really nice decor , cool place to hang for a little while
Tried this place twice and had a great experience each time. The store was pretty clean with nice decor. I got the brown Sugar Swirl with Boba and Oreo for my first visit and without oreo for my second and both were good. The only thing is that they kinda skimped on the boba, so be sure to ask for extra if you are a huge boba fan. Would definitely come back to this place and try more flavors when in the Southpark area.
The tea was delicious and the price was reasonable. They were also quick. Very clean store and really pretty. I gave four stars because the two employees weren't friendly at all. I understand sometimes there's day we don't feel like talking at all, but not even a smile... The tea is very good, I will go back for the tea, but only in sunshine ? days...
Great vibes, fantastic staff and owners, hip decor and most importantly delicious drinks! This is next level stuff that tastes distinctly better than your average boba chain place. I was never crazy for boba in the past because all I knew was shops like Kung Fu Tea. But Milk Cha Cha is a place I truly enjoyed and I can't recommend it enough. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won't regret it!
It brings me back memories! Lol our family used to have a boba store in NYC so this is the closest as good as it gets! Go in and enjoy the fun of it! Favorite brown sugar milk tea cheers !
Super friendly staff, they explained all the drinks and made great recommendations! We got the brown sugar milk swirl and the banana milk swirl with mango boba amd they were delicious!
Very sad about this experience! Lots of business are closed for the holidays, and that's no problem! We looked online and saw that they were open on google until 9:30 yesterday (Sunday 1/2). We arrive and see a closed sign on the door. There was also another sign that they are closed 1/3 - 1/6. There was another group that walked up and read the sign at the same time as us. Just wished google and yelp was updated so we didn't make the 20 minute drive to come here.
Milk Cha-Cha is by far one of the best boba tea shops in the Charlotte area! Large variety of flavors/options in teas, juices, bobas, etc. They use fresh ingredients. The shop is clean, the employees helpful and more than competent!

This is a cute boba place here in the SouthPark area. I live only a few minutes from here so I took an autumn ? Saturday morning walk with my wife and on the way we found Milk Cha Cha.It has a super chic ambiance with a relaxed mood, with a modern feel. The tea was delicious. It’s about $8.95 with a tip. $5.95 standard without tip.I obviously recommend tipping.I also recommend the green tea with strawberry ? and mango boba we shared.My only complaint is that the fresh fruit they blend with the green tea is sweet enough so it did not need sugar. I wasn’t sure so when I was asked I assumed it would be more green tea tasting; I love how it tasted but again the natural fruits are a natural sweetener where you will not need to add sugar.That’s my opinion. Anyway, there are many more we look forward to trying.
