Best brown sugar boba in the Charlotte area and I’ve tried so many spots. The fruit teas are great but the Tiger Tea is the best milk tea I’ve ever had. I get it every time I come.

Just got the best Boba tea. Mark provided exceptional customer service by going above and beyond his job. Asked to make a mixed drink and although they normally don’t he created an experience by being able to make a specialty drink. Go see Mark you want a drink just for you. Thank you and I’m grateful he was there.

Won’t go here again. Saw the young man behind the counter drink out of the cup he was shaking the drink in like he was taste testing it to make sure it was right. (The clear shaker cup with measuring levels on it) yeah, he was drinking out of that in front of customers. Absolutely disturbing..

Put hair nets on. The teenagers don't know proper etiquette because the 16yr old u got in there touches his hair, then the utensils behind the counter, u have cashiers touching money and not washing hands & going straight to make orders... unhealthy. I talked to owner ONCE already but, the employees still do it.

They make their milk teas with green tea which I found to be a bit odd, and their boba texture was a bit to soft for my preference. Very friendly and helpful employees though, and everything was made to order

This place has ruined bubble tea for me. Every time I get fruit bubble tea somewhere else I think "why isn't this as good as MiGuo". Not sure about their other products but if you like fruit bubble tea with popping bobas, there is no equal. Highly recommend.

The best bubble tea shop in Charlotte for me! I refuse to go to any other place. I am glad that they offer a few varieties of their popping boba as other places don’t. I usually get the Lychee yogurt with peach popping boba or the mango smoothie with lychee and passionfruit popping boba. Always have had a good experience there. Keep in mind it is a small shop. We usually just order our drinks and go instead of staying in and drinking them. Staff is friendly as well.

Very fast service. The Thai milk tea with Boba was delicious. Mind you I have a sweet tooth.

It's so good and worth it for your money!! When you look at it, it just looks like a simple boba shop. Going in, it's a beautiful restaurant! The setting is beautiful and their menu isn't all over the top with like 30+ items. I do recommend the lunch fried rice, for $10 it's so much and it's so good!! ?I would come back here for sure!

Would never go back there again. I promised my son that if he won his basketball game that I would take him to get some bubble tea. Drove 15 minutes out of my way to get there only to be told they didn’t have boba ready!!!! REALLY!?! I would imagine that would be one of your #1 sellers so to not have it done when you open is unacceptable in my eyes. Isn’t that the point of staff arriving at a place early so that they can prep and be ready for the day ahead??? They opened at 11 am so there is no reason 1 person at least can’t get there to prep it. Apparently that is the norm there bc the guy at the counter was like uhhh yeah we don’t usually have it until 11:45 ok then open at noon instead! As a former restaurant manager I found that excuse to be poor and completely unacceptable. So we left drove another 15 minutes towards our house and got bubble tea from another place that just opened as well but guess what they had prepared for the day ahead and were ready to serve when they opened their doors. If you don’t know how to properly run a business don’t do it.
