I order a Arroz Mi Tierra and i really disliked it told the server would like to get something else then she said that would be fine but would haveto pay for the dish that i disliked and that if i dont pay for it. That the Manager of the restaurant would make her pay it out of her pocket. Which is something 100% illegal and against the NORTH CAROLINA Labor regulations. Very

Very disappointed with the food, paid $36 for a bandeja paisa and an arroz mi tierra and $1 for an u explained item on my bill that I noticed when I got home. The food was terrible, the little container with the beans was not fill to the top, the food was underseasoned and overcooked, they threw me a quarter of an avocado that was almost black. LA PEOR COMIDA COLOMBIANA EN EL AREA, ME DA PENA QUE ME REPRESENTEN COMO COLOMBIANO CON OTRAS CULTURAS QUE QUIEREN PROBAR UN POQUITO DE LO QUE ES COLOMBIA.

Mi Tierra is at a good location, they have great service, as is characteristic of Colombian people, the food is good, the restaurant per se, is not bad; but I think the prices are overpriced, with the money you spend in this restaurant you can go to a better restaurant, something more elegant.

I came in today with a buddy of mine after a long day of work to have lunch. Got seated quick but it took the server forever to take-our order. After he took the order he left and never approached us again. I kept making eye contact to see if he could come but he just stood in one spot and did nothing besides taking care of one “big table” tried to get help from other servers but they were busy. It almost felt like we were being ignored trying to get someone to refill water but never got a response. At the end when I got the check I had to ask one of the guys that cleans the tables to get it for us. He actually proceed to do it himself not being our server and messed up our payments. He did apologize. Me and my buddy left unsatisfied as the food was great but the service SUCKED. After a 25 min ride home my friend checked his account balance and found out that they charged him 3 times!! We proceeded to call and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and even after getting the manager on the phone she was no help. I truly wouldn’t recommend the restaurant as they don’t care about costumer service/satisfaction. they charged my friend $60 for a $20 meal that he paid for. that’s not fair in any way for him nor would I want that to happen to someone else.
