I love McCallister’s, but the location on Mallard Creek is getting quite ridiculous. I wouldn’t feed this lettuce to my dog. They barely put any lettuce on my chicken ceasar salad and this is what they give me. Soggy, brown/black Romaine that is clearly rotting. I never leave reviews, but this is like the third time in a row I’ve gotten a subpar meal.
Terrible service. Took an order for baked potatoes only to find out when we arrived that they were out of potatoes. No attempt at customer service. Tables not bused when there was hardly anyone here. On a previous trip got the order wrong and the app overcharged. Done with this place.
Food is just ok and they aren't very nice if they get something wrong.It truly was a waste of money.
Last night me and my bf ordered about $30 bucks of food. The food was not fresh and was tasteless with no flavor. Both of our BLT’s were dry and messy/thrown together. My side chef salad had way more toppings then salad mix & also seemed thrown together/messy, his side of Mac and cheese was disgusting. There was no salt or flavor, it was so bland. The only food item that was decent was the sweet chipotle sandwich that we tried for the first time and the bowl of soup was okay. Purchasing all that food just for one item to be good was upsetting. The food caused my stomach to hurt so bad the next morning, well actually the only thing we ate was the sweet chipotle sandwich, the BLT’s got tossed in the trash as well as the side of Mac and cheese. I’m usually a big fan of Mcalisters and I never had a bad review with them until last night at the Cochran Commons location. Please, do better. I won’t be eating there again for a very long time.
The sandwich was huge an tasted well the steamed broccoli wasn't steamed enough it was very chewy and i couldn't eat it
the new hires have wayyy better customer service than the ones that have been there. unfortunately their not trained on what to do yet but hopefully they can do something about the lack of customer service by the veterans. i cringe as they just gossip away with each other while ppl need their help
My husband and I enjoy McAlister's very much. There is a great variety of menu items to choose from, the associates are very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the facility is clean and pleasant.

Never disappointed with McAlister's deli.Plenty of vegetarian options to feed the soul! Love the veggie baked potato. The veggie chill is something you can brag on! Way to go McAlister's! Anything with the ? ( vegetarian options) has my seal of approval.
This is what was in my sandwich and it only had one slice of avocado. They replaced the sandwich only to Line up 8 avocado slices no sauce or lettuce. It is safe to say that cook was mad and I won’t eat there again
