My family and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time today. We ordered online to pick up to go. The restaurant was completely empty so I expected good quality food however when I got home and started biting my wrap, there was a fly wrapped up in it. I understand mistakes happen but this was enough to completely turn me off and we won’t be going back needless to say.
Amazingly delicious..haven't had a sandwich this perfect since Katz Deli in Manhattan. Special shout out the the kitchen..I felt the love in this..great job! Try The Italian..
Popped in for their chili with no beans and tortilla chips. I love it and it is always consistent at every location I order it from.

Everything was just thrown together and then thrown on my plate, the sandwich was thrown on top of my nachos. When I asked for extra guacamole he said they don't have guacamole, yet when my nachos arrived they had guacamole...I did not feel welcome. Just here is your food hurry up and leave.
Careless Curbside Order! I chose the curbside pickup for convenience because I’m 9 months pregnant, it was raining outside, and I had my toddler with me. I waited a while for my food to come out, but I patiently waited as I understand many restaurants are short staffed now due to Covid. My complaint is when I received my order, the girl handed me the food bag carelessly and in a rush which caused the food to spill out onto the floorboard of my car. When this happened, she just looked down at the spilled food, then looked at at me said, “Whoopsie….well… have a great night!” and ran off back inside the restaurant. Now, I understand accidents happen, but I was more shocked and appalled at her snarky comment, lack of concern, and lack of customer service to even stop for a moment to help me gather up the spilled food! So, I had to get out the car in the rain, and gather the food myself which wasn’t the most comfortable task for me to do at 9 months pregnant. To McAllisters management, I understand that good help is hard to come by, especially in these times however, I definitely wouldn’t want someone working for me that treats your loyal customers with such reckless disregard of concern or customer service.
Pretty good food, wife and I enjoyed our stop to gas up and grab a bite.

Clean still seems new although it’s technically not which is a testimony to the upkeep of this location; and the food was great typical McAlister’s fresh food well priced and the hugest cookies
Great subs for a good price & they have different items for you to enjoy for lunch or dinner.
