I use to go here all the time but tonight is my last time going there again. I placed a recent order and even paid a 20% tip and all three items were incorrect. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and I got it with no chicken on it. I also ordered a wrap with no tomatoes and bit into a huge chunk of tomatoe on my first bite. My third item was the pecan cheesecake which I was charged for and it wasn't in my bag. When I arrived back home they were already closed. One the biggest things is person never gave me my receipt. I've felt incredibly disrespected by my experience there. I don't want to hear an excuse about them being short staffed when I was the only person in there.
Great lunch options and of course the famous tea and lemonade! The restaurant is clean and open. Very kind staff.
I’ve literally been to every McAlister’s in Charlotte and this is the best one! I always order their baked potatoes and they’re never over cooked like the other places, they’re perfect. The food is always fresh. Overall very pleased! I visit here often!
Food was ok cashier with eyelashes was less than pleasant.
Today was just horrible I called my order in at 12:45 got there by 1:05 and she told me that I had a 20-minute wait didn't get my food until 1:40 a whole hour I waited for my food and it was still cold I don't understand what was going on today but today was not good. I would have loved a refund but I was already 30 minutes over my lunch break and I couldn't wait to get my money back I will not returning
Ordered the club sandwich and it was delicious. No wait to order, the food was ready quickly, reasonably priced, and the food was great. I will definitely be back.
Food was out quick and tasted good. No complaints except I wish the California Reuben and bread bowls for the soup were still on the menu...
If you are older or high risk read this. They no longer do contactless with pickup ( I asked if they would return to doing it and they said) and Hospitalizations are at an all time high... Why they quit doing it I don't know, but I'll never come back because that was a dumb move.
Me and my children are going through hard times.. And we often need to charge our phones.. The staff here is amazing and lets us charge with no problem .. I just want to say thank you its greatly appreciated!
I ordered the club wrap and I had missing veggie's that I requested. So for that reason I will give this visit today a 2!
