Waited 15 minutes for a turkey sandwich while 5 other orders were served in front of me and the staff laughingly joked around about how the fastest sandwich to make still hasn’t come out. Will not be back to this location.
Ordered a veggies sandwich and there was pieces of chicken on there. I don’t eat meat and was told they must have been busy and “try” to wipe the knife off:
Disgusting!!!!! Stale gross actually ruined my day with how GROSS AND STALE MY FOOD WAS!!! I will never be back to any McAllisters deli ever again!!!!! EWWWW
Restaurants these days are all looking for help and can be hit or miss but this McAlister's is on point! I went in on the late side of the lunch hour. They were having a technical issue with the POS but all the staff are super friendly and the food came out so fast. Fresh ingredients, consistent quality– so appreciated!

In the last month this location has messed up 3 orders, however today was my last time ordering from them. I called and the Manager didn’t care at all he was just rushing me off the phone and told me to call Grubhub well sir this wasn’t there fault whoever bagged my food didn’t put the correct item in the bag and now I’m stuck with a soup I don’t eat and no condiments nor utensils for my Spud which thankfully was correct. I ordered a potato soup and received a broccoli soup and it doesn’t even have my name on it.
They have some of the best tea I've ever had at a restaurant. I wasn't impressed by their potatoes, but their sandwiches and Ceasar salad have been great each time I've had them.
Love this place . Friendly employees make you feel like you are eating at home.
I can’t express how bad the front line here needs training. Arrived to the front of line at 11:10 am ready to order and had the cashier staring aimlessly in space for 5 mins. (I thought the system was down and was thinking he was fixing it as why he wasn’t taking my order). Nope, just never acknowledge me or asked if I was ready to order.
