I brought my extremely shy teens with me and very blunt Latin-American husband with me on a Sunday afternoon. My kids took ages to choose flavors but the two servers were awesome and patiently waited even offered to help. We got two milkshakes:cotton candy and snickers; my husband went with a classic banana split and my chose the peanut and chocolate covered cone with cotton candy and cheesecake. All tasted pretty amazing.We normally prefer Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream because of the unique flavors. But this is a completely different experience.There are variety of cones to choose from, cups in two sizes, and milkshakes. Toppings are free.I’d suggest you take the time to read over the menu first and decide what you’d like. You can ask to sample any flavor.Please REMEMBER TO BE KIND and don’t show up when the place is packed expecting outstanding service with very few employees.It’s a must try whenever you are in the area. This place needs some management and not sure if it even has an owner. The choices they have everyday for ice cream is different. They like to use the excuse that they are having issues getting product but Covid is not affecting thing anymore so not sure why that’s used as an excuse. The store is barely clean and the employees all look miserable. Not sure if it has to do with pay or the owner but you can tell instantly this location is a franchise because other marble slabs I have been to have been amazing. Hopefully Ryan and the team there can turn it around.

I am reaching out to the manager. Wanted to let you know my kids got sick after getting ice-cream from the stonecrest store. The ice-cream was runny but did not think it would be harmful for the kids. Please let the staff know they can’t serve up product that is been sitting out for too long!
Customer service skills are non existant. No one ever asked me once if they could help me or if I wanted anything. The girl asked my boyfriend && started making his shake. Ppl came in behind me & they were asked almost immediately what they wanted by the guy who was working. I advised him that no one took my order. He impolitely told me they didn't have what I wanted. So I told him to give me a moment he can proceed with the other ppls order. The girl finally finished the milkshake and instead of asking 'is there something I can get for you ma'am, she says.... Is there anything else y'all need? How rude. Neither of them wanted to ring us up. They guy told the girl to do it& she told him to do it. I could assume it was terrible customer service or racism.... Not really sure but this location need some lessons on professionalism. The worst branch of Marble Slab in any state that I've been to!
The staff here has no sanitation protocols in place. Not only do they not wear mask over serving ice cream. Ingest issue is They do not wash their hands and they do not use gloves after using the register and while handling with food. I watched one man keep pushing his hair back, sneezing in his arm, handle the register and make Ice cream. I wouldn’t return to this unsanitary place unless they’ve improved.
We ordered a cake to be decorated way in advance of the pickup date. We arrived to find that the cake decorator did not show up and our order was not going to be fulfilled. There was only one worker in the store, and the manager was not available. There was no real effort to make it right, just a panicked worker who frantically tried to call their manager, but received absolutely no support.Think twice before ordering from here.
so many toppings that are free. many different homemade flavors. very delicious and not to badly priced. Definitely will be back
I went tonight for the first time. Unfortunately, I had to give a 3 because there is no reduced sugar/sugar free options and I couldn't enjoy any of the flavors because I am diabetic and read someone else mention sugar free and fat free options.The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet and apologized. Had I been able to eat any ice cream, I would have given 5 stars. FANTASTIC customer service. It must have been the manager.Please start having sugar free options for diabetics so they can be customers. Unfortunately, I did not see any flavors listed on the website, just pints of ice cream.
Worst customer experience I have had for a while. The woman inside acts very demeaning towards customers. I was honestly shocked how she treated me. Also was not aware they let you get 3 scoops but smash them all together in a weird mess.
