The only reason I gave them a 4 star, was because of the lack of beer selection. Our waitress was great and very helpful. You need to order the wings. Cant go wrong!
Ask for Lisa, Mark, or Mel; they’re some of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing! And the owner, Andi, is genuinely concerned with her guests’ experience. Love this place, it’s always my go to bar!
I asked for crispy wings and I got burnt ones. The bartender told me I couldn't get a refund only a replacement but who would want one after having your food ruined already. Definitely the worst customer service ever. I am a server and if a person pays as much as I did and is unhappy... we do what we can to make them happy! I actually loved coming here and now I don't want to come back.
Last night I had a great time. I loved the diverse crowd. The music was fun the energy was amazing I wasn't expecting to have that much fun at karaoke night.
A tried and true favorite. Kitchen is open late and food is consistently well above average for bar-fare. Pool tables, a jukebox, strong drinks and fair prices contribute to an environment where you’ll never meet a stranger. It’s family owned and operated the only bar I’ve met other locals at. A Charlotte gem!
Went for karaoke. Got wings, drinks, new friends, and a good time! Place was nice and cozy. Clean and the staff is friendly. Wings were cooked to perfection. Only reason for 4 stars karaoke song list was not very up to date and didn't have much to choose from in r&b area. Other than that it was pretty cool.

If you are in the area, this should be a staple lunch spot. It has great american style eats. The ingredients have always been fresh and the staff is attentive and chill. It's also locally owned and operated which make it well taken care off. The owner is very friendly and usually on-site.

Came from out of town with my wife and had a blast. Drinks and food are on point service was great as well. Wish I could give Lucky Lou's a 10
