It is currently 1:53 pm on a Tuesday, the parking lot is basically empty and I’m waiting 20 more minutes (40 total) for some soup and a salad ??The time is now 2:26 pm I have literally wasted my entire lunch waiting on soup and salad this is absolutely ridiculous they said it would be ready at 2:10 and here we are 20 minutes later. Honestly one of the worst experiences that I have ever had
The evening manager there on 4/23/2022 was very helpful!! We had a party of 15 to 18 . He explained (nicely) the restrictions and that he could not seat us all together at one table. We had to break the party up into two groups but we could see each. The waitstaff were wonderful also.
My food met my standards, but this pain needs a lot of work. My server tonight sucked and didn't seem to be interested in being at work at all.I'm also a server myself and have been for 8 years, so I understand the way that things work in a restaurant.I was sitting at my table 12 minutes before the server came, and then after placing my order, I waited 13 minutes for my wine to come in a glass that already had lips on it. My wine and salad got to the table at the same time, and I still didn't even have a water.Why are the servers bringing bread to the table when they haven't even offered water?! If I choke on the dry bread, what could be done about it?By the time I got a clean glass for my wine, my lamb chops were already on the table. That's a shame.My food tasted good but the plate had splatters all over. I normally photograph my food so I can promote restaurants on my blog, but the plate was not presented well enough. Every restaurant I've ever worked in has required that plates are wiped if necessary before going to the customer.. but here, they don't care.It seems that everyone is very nonchalant about the service that they're providing and the fact that they'll want a tip from customers.This experience was awful and I wouldn't recommend it.(It's a regular Monday, and my server had 3 tables.. so it's not like she was extremely busy)
My wife surprised me for my 47 birthday!! So my family & friends that came made it a special day for me.
Four of us were driving home to Georgia from Pennsylvania and stopped here on Mother's Day. The food was excellent. The service was excellent as well. Because of the number of people, we decided to sit at the bar to eat. Michael was fantastic. He gave us great service. He deserves a raise!
Had a great lunch there today. Only downside was a hair was in our shrimp appetizer so we didn't finish that. But the rest of the food was really good and the service was stellar.
Good food. The waitress was excellent. I'll definitely be back
Ummm ok come through longhorn. I have not been to a longhorn for years. Mostly because I don't eat steak and honestly didn't remember much else about what they had. But my last experience and server made me not want to go anywhere else for dinner!!!Deff have to request louis when you go!!Louis was an absolute incredible server. Not only was he a great conversation but he made sure all the food was perfect. He went the extra mile. He deff know how to make his customers feel special. It's what all dining experiences should be like.Food was so delightful. Brussels were my absolute favorite. Honey butter sauce and crisped to perfection. My friend said her steak was incredibly tender and cooked exactly how she asked for it.It was nice to have a really wonderful experience. Overall loved everything about our visit. Will deff be going again soon.

I went to Long Horn today. There was no wait time. Sat at a high top table in the bar. We had Cassandra as our server. She was very nice although very busy. She was not only serving but bartending as well. I had the outlaw ribeye. It was delicious. It was cooked to absolute perfection. Texas Roadhouse has always been my favorite....until today. Waiting for extra butter for my potato and the check were the only negative things I can say but seeing how busy Cassandra was, it's not a complaint.... Merely stating a fact. I was 1000% satisfied and I will be back.... Soon!
