I think my experience was an off day for them. After reviewing the pictures of reviews here I don’t see the same problem I had - unbelievable amounts of grease… So much so the table underneath the burger wrapper had puddles of oil after I finished and I almost considered refining it for gas during these trying times. The cost is pretty high as an order of fries were about 3.50 and a drink maybe 2.50. You can expect to spend about $15 for a meal. The fries were good but unfortunately due to the incredibly messy and greasy burger I wasn’t able to really enjoy them as I felt my arteries clogging. This isn’t a place I’d be willing to try again due to this unfortunately. I was with 3 other individuals who shared the same sentiment and experience so again, maybe just an off day.
Very tasty, plate size was decent a little on the pricey side but it’s what you pay for good food. Definitely will return.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.Food was… eh. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. The specialty burger I got had so much grease on it it soaked through the wrapping and paper bag, and got my car seats all greasy and nasty on the 10 minute drive home. Fries were bland, no seasoning whatsoever; but there were a lot of them. The fry sauce and catsup were good, at least.Just a burger and fries was $13. For the price, not even including a drink, I can’t say I was really impressed honestly.
Name of place fits perfect. They’re telling you what you’re about to get. To me, it felt like a slider. Fries tasted decent, similar to Wendy’s fries. Their ketchup was actually amazing, it reminded me of ketchup back home in Palestine. They don’t have tomatoes.
1 star goes to the fries it worthy of its own star. The burger was equally as good but the kicker for me is they don't have tomatoes, idk if that's an all the time thing or just that day but I definitely missed the mato on my burger. Customer service was great, the establishment was clean and again the fries were really friggin good
My husband and I adore this place, and Anthony has made us feel like VIP every time we go. He’s incredibly friendly while taking our order, keeps the place neat and tidy (we always see him check and clean on tables) and when he’s on the grill the food is 10/10. We eat here regularly and always look forward to seeing Anthony behind the counter. Thank you for a small town burger joint feel with exception service. Little Bug Burger is a regular in our books. You have an incredible employee with Anthony, give the guy a promotion and a raise!
Little big burger is my favorite fast food in the clt area. Fantastic burgers, fries, and floats. High quality ingredients go a long way too. Love the rewards program. About as good as it gets!
I’ve seen it near our home, but didn’t think about it for a while. My kids school had a fundraiser at their location and can I just say this lil big burger is great! So tasty and cooked to perfection and it fits in your hand. So delicious and food is hot!
My boyfriend and I come here about once a month. Anthony is always here working when we do and he is very welcoming and helpful. Great customer service. I especially love their fries and the fry sauce.
We first ate at the original Little Big Burger in Portland OR and were hooked on the truffle oil fries. So glad to see one here in Charlotte. Simple menu and fresh food. Check them out!
