Good news first-the fried chicken was good. A 20 min call in turned into 40 min The fried zucchini was not done - breading separated from the zucchini-return visit is questionable

I was really disappointed with our customer service experience at Leroy Fox. We had a taste for fried chicken sandwiches and Leroy Fox shows on lists as one of the top spots. I ordered online for curbside delivery - I placed my order at 1pm and it indicated food would be ready at 1:44. We arrived at the restaurant at 1:38 and I called the restaurant as there are no spots for curbside pickup and I had already “checked in” online. I was told very rushed that someone would bring my food out - without asking my name or info about my order. By 1:46, no one brought the food out, so I walked in. To my surprise, the hostess (who was not friendly or helpful at all - and stated she was not responsible for curbside orders), brought out my food, which had been sitting on a shelf. I opened the food and unsurprisingly it was very cold.I told them that unfortunately I could not accept cold food - if someone told me my order was ready, I would have simply walked in to get it. A male worker approached me and began to accuse me of being “30 minutes late” in picking up my order, which was untrue and I had time stamps for my order being placed, checking in, and calling the restaurant. The bartender stepped in and put in a request to have my food remade. So I spent another 20 minutes waiting. During my wait, I saw at least 3 others, both indoor diners and individuals picking up to go orders, complaining about the wait or quality of food. Multiple times wait staff indicated they were busy, the system for pick up was confusing, etc.It was a really disappointing experience and we will not be going back. After all of that, the food was certainly not great and even less appealing based on the price. Overall poor experience. There’s many other restaurants with better food and top tier customer service.*Editing 5/5 in response to owner -I cannot imagine there were many Michelle’s that placed a lunch order on 5/1 and I described my order in my review. It’s unfortunate that you’re responding to paying customers like this that are sharing their honest opinion. And to state my comment that customers were complaining is “laughable” is actually quite laughable given you have a bad review here from the same day, sharing the same concerns from an entirely different party. And your response to them was appalling. Your own staff complained directly to me about the process for online orders while apologizing for the issue. Instead of wasting time bickering back and forth online in reviews, consider addressing the breakdown in operations internally. Sadly I will not be recommending any friends continue to patron this place.

Came here with my family on Sunday. Terrible service. Overall the management didn’t care. Food took a very long time to come out. Tables that came after us had ate and left. We expressed how long it had been. Our drinks were watered down and we were told we were waiting on the omelet. Which was the fastest thing to make from the order. Women came over to our table said we got a little discount and walked away. She was behind the bar laughing at another customers complaint to another customer sitting at the bar. Super unprofessional. Just overall rude. I forgot to mention my silverware was also dirty.

Awesome experience 1st time ever being there. Awesome staff, great manager came and took care of my family and myself. Quick seating, great food and great drinks. Definitely will be coming back soon

Overall, experience was good. Food was good with exception of chicken stew which was extremely salty. Our request to move from a center table to an empty booth was met with some hesitation. Booth area was quieter for conversation and we were happy once we did move.

Used to be yummy...now not so much. $40.00 was a lot of money for the poor service we got from the girl with the green highlights. My 16.00 grilled chicken sandwich was lacking a tomato and the bun dry. My husband's meal was small and not worth the money.

I'll start by saying the food was great, I got the Shrimp Benny. Delicious but, came on the world's smallest plate covered in gravy. The food runners were quick but the waitresses were slower, no real urgency. Took forever to get my drink and longer for the food. When we did get the food we had no silverware to eat it with. All in All a fine place for brunch.

I had high hopes for the Cotswold LF because I absolutely love the one in South End. However, these felt like completely different restaurants from the service, the bar, to even the food. Food was mediocre at best, which is crazy after having the exact same thing from South End that was amazing. Service was awful and I never saw my waitress once after taking our orders the entire time. Waited forever just to pay the bill. I love Leroy fox but I strongly suggest you just go to South End. It’s worth the wait.

We really enjoyed our meals. Had a party of eight and everything went as hoped. Meal was good, service was excellent! Prices are up, but that’s a trend we’re seeing everywhere.

First time going there, based on a friend's recommendation! From the welcoming and friendly hostess, to our very professional server, and the bomb food!! Wowww! We are all ready to go back already!!!!!
