They always try to keep my change without asking, makes me feel very uncomfortable. You have to wait for your tip based of customer service you can't just take it. And then when I ask for my change they act like they can't understand me and it takes for ever to get my money back. I understand if you don't speak English but you should at least be able to count.
Over charged and no receipt at all for the charges. Lack of customer service. Will not return. Food was ok. Baliadas barely had anything inside.

This is the absolute worst food I've ever had. I went for a steak burrito and not only did they charge me $5 more than it was advertised for, it was NOT steak, it was cheap chopped "meat" and I use the quotes because it was mainly really hard gristle. Do not waste your money, especially if you are black. They will over charge you and under-serve you.

Service is horrible. They prefer to stay glued to there cellphone. Don't check on you at all. Speak Spanish or English they don't care. Pretty pathetic honestly. Mal servicio. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Food was good
Horrible customer service on top of only receiving half of one entree when I paid for two. I was fooled because I was given two boxes, but I didn’t realize that one box was full of lettuce and tomatoes and the other was was full of rice and beans. The entree that I only received half of was a chimichanga and I was refused a refund. Don’t waste your time coming here unless you plan to waste money.
Love the food but the customer service is horrible. I stood waiting to get recognized for 10 mins after several hispanic men were greeted and serviced. I ordered one simple dish rice and beans. I wanted 30 mins for my food after several hispanic individuals ordered and received their meal.Highly disappointed because I do like this place. However, if your not going to cater to all cultures then just say so.
Very good and a lotttttttttt of food
The food is really good. However the customer service is very poor. Most staff hangs up on you if you do not speak Spanish. I think its the rudest thing ever. It almost makes me feel like if you can’t speak Spanish they can’t serve you.Elsay(I hope I spelled it right) is the only one always so pleasant and helpful.
