So happy to have found this place in Charlotte! I’m from Texas so I was dying to find a place with mangonadas and rusas!
Don't know how I didn't know this place until now. Best ice cream I've had in a while. Got the coconut and strawberry and oh man...it tastes like the real thing. Staff is also super friendly and they speak english ?I'm always happy not having to use my broken spanlish

Ice cream is good and everything but the service is bad
They had a good amount of ice cream for the banana split and the natural flavors felt very fresh and refreshing. It is a lot of quantity for two people.

I'm giving this location 3 stars and I would give it a 5 stars but they lack personal to meet the customer needs. The icecream here are delicious and definitely will recommend if you are willing to wait. Area of improvement need yo hire more personnel to handle the demand.
No sense of urgency. The workers must really hate there job.
How are you going to have at the door “ close at 10” but actually close at 9 ? In that case change the hours.
