I came here for my first time in a Krispy Kreme. I was very impressed and they were very good!
Wish there where half stars. 3.5I visit this location when I visit Charlotte. Never had many issues. Doughnuts are hot and the glaze is done just right. Well I visited this past Saturday and the young guy helping me was very nice. But when he went to go get my Doughnuts he used his gloved hand to pick up my Doughnuts. I asked why isn't he using the stick, he replies this is quicker ?. I explained that he literally just finished ringing up a customer before me and handled their cash, also he held my phone to help me with my app that I'm sure is dirty all with his gloved hand. That isn't sanitary and just plan lazy to me that you can't use the stick. Well another girl got it for me because he walked away. Sadly young kids, and adults, don't understand the vaule of sanitation
The donuts were not old. I hate to get stale donuts. I won’t go back if I get stale donuts. I enjoyed the chocolate covered and the lemon filled I got. The coffee was a little old but it’s after 10 a.
Workers weren't very motivated to work. I only was buying ground coffee, and a friend bought three donuts. It took about 10 mins of waiting for them to help stand around talking. Drive through only had three cars in it when we walked in; people were also coming in to get there to go orders and had to wait because they weren't being made. Customers were confused about where to go because no one was helping themAt the counter and display case.
The service was fine. No issues there at all. However the quality of the product has just gone downhill over the years. Not sure if they changed the recipes or something but it just hasn't been as tasty as it was years ago.
So we are literally in the drive-thru 754pm the cashier straight told us we couldnt get an ice coffee because they are short staff after saying they don't have time to make it disappointed ?

Love the donuts. Nothing better out there. They seem to be lacking on how to run a drive-thru and move cars. Every time I'm there. I watch people leave the line because they can't wait. They need to take a lesson from Chick-fil-A on drive-thru service. They are losing business.
Don't buy often at Krispy Kreme. Are the doughnuts supposed to be cold? They were not room temperature. They were cold as if just brought out the fridge. And when I asked the lady she said they didn't have hot doughnuts.
