Is the “HOT” sign not a thing anymore? The donuts were cold during the hot sign hours. I was expecting more from this location since it’s in the city.
This location is great and easily accessible! They always have plenty of variety’s available with great customer service. Super quick in and out on donuts. A plus is the kiosk outside in case you just want to put your order in with no help. I definitely recommend this location.
This is my favorite Krispy Kreme in NC! It's cute on the inside, very chill and extremely clean. Unfortunately, the vending machine on the outside hasn't worked the last 3 times I've been, so that's the only downside that I can say.
When will the hot now sign be honored? Why are the youthful workers looking so unhappy? This is a great location with a super clean environment.
Quality experience. Very cool location. Central to South end area. Great views of Charlotte. Staff was really friendly. I was a couple hours late to my pick up order and they made sure my doughnuts were hot when I left. My regards to the staff.
I walked out because of unsanitary practices. Change your gloves when handling food and using the registere. This matter has been brought to the attention of management repeatedly. Covid-19 is real. Purchase tongs to pick-up donuts instead of your hands with unsanitary gloves. Hot sign on but no hot donuts. I stood in line too long to have to end up walking out. Staff needs training.
Even though they tend to run out of selections of their specialty donuts-- i can only imagine how busy they get being so close to downtown. Always hot and delicious coffee. Their buy a dozen get a dozen specials are great. I wound up paying for the order of some Charlotte-Mecklenburg Firemen who stopped in for coffee and donuts-- I guess the Police have Dunkin' and Fire has Krispy Kreme. Spread some cheer.
Went specifically for coffee, but at 9:06pm (an hour before close at 10pm) the girl informed me they already dumped all coffee. Iced and hot gone. Lazy jerks, don't dump product before you actually close just to close faster! Girl didn't care, kinda rude. Got donuts and sadness instead of caffeinated joy. ?

You can find fresh donuts , see the process , buy merchandising and get to know a little bit more about this popular donuts from NC! The famous round window allows you to take a look at the process while you enjoy your donuts, you can also buy Krispy Kreme merchandising if you are a real fan and if you are lucky maybe use the donut vending machine outside the building!
I had a great experience today @ 4pm I was greeted with a smile. The young lady was patient with me. I had no idea what I wanted. There were so many amazing things there. Her customer service was amazing. The young man was cleaning the area. Me and my family loved itI recommend this locationThanks
