There is an older woman who works here that makes an angry face whenever I speak regardless of if I am just ordering or attempting to ask a question. Also the shakes are only not available when she is working. And she does not provide me with fresh donuts When I order original glaze. I’m not sure where the animosity has come from as I have never been rude to her or anyone that works in this Krispy Kreme but it makes my experience was donuts displeasurable
Usually good but we got there on a Friday night with more than 3 hours before they close, only to be told they only have 3 different types of donuts. You ran out of donuts 3 hours before close? and you cant make more? very odd experience. We didn't take our chances and left. I understand staffing shortages are a thing, hopefully this doesn't happen too often.
This was my first time going there after I’ve worked Night Shift and stopped there around 6am for some custard filled donuts .Came home opened the box took one out and it was cold and hard like old stale donuts filled with white cream not custard as I ordered. I was outraged to the point were I instantly called to speak to a manager. I told him I’m bringing back the donuts the next morning and I want the correct order and fresh ones. Also gave him the name of the lady on the receipt. He took my name down and told me I would get my money back and donuts on the house. I went back the following morning and they gave me the donuts free, which I really didn’t care for anymore. But she was unable to give me a refund because only the Manager could and he wasn’t there. She said he’ll come at 7am. So I waited from 6-8am and he never showed up. When I ask the lady when is he really coming she got a nasty attitude with me and made it sound like I’m in the wrong. I’m filing a complaint at the BBBon this place. This place has lots of bad reviews and am surprised it’s still open. Personally I just want my money back and never go there again. They can keep the donats I can get fresher ones at Harris Teeter across the street from there.
Placed an online order. 1 minute later a lady from the store called and said "they didn't have glazed donuts....wait no we do, come on in". Odd but ok. I pulled up to the store and they then informed that they in fact did not have donuts. At a donut store. This happens frequently when I go to this location. What a joke. Off to Dunkin
I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!On March 10th, 2022...The employees at this location during 9:50 PM were extremely unprofessional, & highly inappropriate (mind you the sign on their window says 10 PM, along with Google, lol). Being 10 hours out of state, I decided to bring my daughter over to this location for donuts before heading home,& boy was it a crazy mess! I have a video as evidence also.But when I drove thru, I saw an employee whom didn't even tell me that they were closed. I drove around to the intercom/menu, waiting&waiting, while the employees inside did NOTHING to announce on the intercom that they were closed. A young guy pulling trash even came out,& saw me sitting there waiting at the menu, & DIDN'T say one word to tell me they were closed, etc. He walked right past, & went back inside the restaurant.After no one bringing to my attention that they were closed BEFORE CLOSING TIME, I rode up to the drive-thru window to look inside,& I saw employees laughing& talking (probably laughing about how they were ignoring me at the drive-thru). I blew my horn,& finally a young lady with reddish-orangish hair came to the window& told me that they were closing early.This whole time I was waiting & waiting at the intercom, & I had to come to the window& blow my horn to hear what they could've told me at the intercom, or when the guy was taking trash, etc. Closing early?Alot can be done in 10mins, imagine being at wal-mart with one item to check out& the cashier walks away 10 mins early, imagine going to the clinic for JUST a prescription,&the dr leaves 10 mins early, imagine being on E &needing gas &station closes 10 mins early...shutting down before time is a reliability.This is not southern hospitality; this is why real southerners don't call NC the South. This mess would've never happened somewhere like Mississippi or Louisiana where the food is actually hot in drive-thru, and people value their jobs. NC needs to get it together, and it's not just Krispy Kreme either, but I've never had this experience at a Krispy Kreme deep south.
Drive thru clerk rude. Donuts hard and did not appear fresh even though first thing in morning. Spoke to manager about clerk although I doubt anything was done about her rudeness.
Yikes. The donuts were literally cold (yes the light was on). My iced coffee was almost completely cream, barely any coffee.
Its 7:15 am, i just left your drive thru. I just shook my head in bewilderment, as im charged $4.09 FOR TWO DONUTS!!!! TWO.... NO COFFER, NO JUICE, JUST TWO DONUTS!!!! MY own choice, i handed him the card, he didnt put a gun to my head. HOWEVER if i hadnt immediately been trapped in traffic id have given them back AS BOTH ARE STALE, DRIED OUT, CRUSTY, NASTY GAS STATION STYLE DONUTS!! I CANT GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR STORE FOR A FRESH DONUT, AND SODOMISING!!! $4.09 AT YOUR STORE DOESNT AT LEAST GUARANTEE ME A FRESH DONUT???? IT DOES AT D&D DOESNT IT!!!
I had a horrible experience a young lady named Shareka had a nasty attitude she was RUDE. PLEASE dont go to this location and patronize them when employees are allowed to argue and be rude to paying customers. I had my 6 year old child in the car it was horrible I was bringing her because she got her covid shot. She was so excited. The young lady should be FIRED!!
