I had a friend take me there for the first time today for lunch and everything was absolutely fantastic!We work quickly greeted as we enter the restaurant and ask how many in our party which happened to be two for today and we were quickly brought over to a clean table where we were sat down and asked what we would like to drink.We were given menus promptly, we ordered our food right away questions or answered quickly and professionally both of us had a couple of quick requests that we wanted to slightly change on our food which was accommodated immediately and properly food was fresh hot and absolutely delicious we'll definitely be coming back here.
I love the food here, falafel is so good!! Service is great and fast. I've been coming to this restaurant for over 2 years and I'll never stop!
We used to like the food here very much. We have first tried Kebab Je at the Matthews location in 2016 and the food was just amazing back then. Over the years the quality of the food had declined. We have ordered from the Stonecrest location today and were disappointed: the mixed grill had chili spice in it (when this wasn’t the case before), the garlic sauce was missing and the chicken sandwich was too salty. I guess it might depend on the person cooking the food but I’m just comparing the food now with how it used to be throughout the years.I’m rating three stars for now but really hope the quality of the food comes back, we used to love this place.
On a whim, I decided to order takeout and got their falafel sandwich. WOW. It was so incredibly good! If you like falafels, you MUST go here. The very very best! So much flavor and crunch. It was perfect.
Food is awesome taste. Both chicken and beef kebabs are really tasty. But over quantity is less. At least pilaf should be little more. Still I feel this as 5 stars because of the food quality! Loved it.
Not what it used to be. Our family dined here for years but the quality has taken a drastic nose dive recently. We ordered two chicken shawarmas and the sheesh sandwiches to go last night. We get home to find they gave us 4 chicken "shawarmas". It was just chicken with pickles. I am suspecting there has been either a management or ownership change recently.

Well worth the trip. I have been three times in three weeks and the food, service, and speed at which we got everything was amazing. This is some genuinely good Mediterranean. Also some of the best hummus in this part of town.
After 2 attempts and both times both terrible service and food. I ordered grilled chicken, the meat was old and most likely frozen or cooked earlier in the day. After returning for a refund I was met with passive aggressive and unprofessional behavior. Tyler never looked me in the eyes, asked what the issue was, or simply dismissed me. I can only assume from his response that he knew the food was old.This place doesn't deserve any star rating!!!
THE BEST MEDITERRANEAN FOOD IN CHARLOTTE!My husband and I had been in the search for a Mediterranean place and we have finally found it! We were there early this afternoon to place a big order for his birthday celebration, and I can assure you, it was the best decision ever! My family, who had not eaten this type of Mediterranean food before, absolutely loved it, and so did we. Since we walked in, we were greeted very well, and on top of that they gave us suggestions as to how to better place the big order. We got the Family and the Veggie platters, plus the sandwiches/shawarmas and baklavas and everything was exquisite. We can’t wait to eat there again! Thank you so much! This amazing food made the birthday celebration fantastic! ♥️
