Literally will never return. Came here for lunch on 7/25/22. We ordered lunch for our coworkers. They combined ALL of the sushi together in a to go box with NO clear indication of WHICH IS WHICH!!! Then when my coworker called to explain there could have been allergies etc, the girl said “well you should have told us if there were allergies”. COMPLETELY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend here. Go out of business!
This place used to be one of my favorites for lunch in uptown, solid sushi and prices, but the staff there has recently changed and they aren’t nearly as friendly as the previous staff. Previous staff were fantastic, new staff are a bit rude and disorganized. Unfortunate because they used to be so great!
Awesome sushi at a reasonable price. Easy access, take-out only, great location in Uptown Charlotte!
Found this place on google with friends and we came to try it out. I tried the K.O Deluxe and the sushi was amazing plus good quality! Would come back again! :)

Do not underestimate!! the sushi is fresh and tasty, the service is quick and thorough. Try the gyoza also

I was in Charlotte on a business trip and decided to order some sushi from Uber eats. I ordered from KO Sushi for the low delivery charge and quick wait time. To my pleasant surprise this turned out to be the best Sushi I have ever eaten! To be completely honest it was not just the Sushi. I ordered steamed gyoza dumplings, house salad, calamari salad, miso soup and the spicy Maki combo box. Everything tasted amazing! The dumplings were steamed perfectly. The calamari was excellent with a distinct smoky flavor. The Maki combo rice was cooked incredibly well. All I can say is that if you want great Sushi in Charlotte, KO Sushi is where you need to go!
Great sushi but online orders aren’t started till you arrive. Just had someone show up after me and his was ready before mine.
This place is amazing. It's everything right with Charlotte, it will brighten your day. Don't make the mistake of going to Soho Chinese.
