I can't remember the name of the Smoothie I had.... but I want it again! My guy was very knowledgeable with the mixology!
I actually love this place! I always vibed with the owner & appreciated the fresh options. I just knew I would be a regular because I’m big on vibes & appreciate good/healthy food options. Today I walked in at 6:45 pm & wasn’t greeted with a “hey, how are you” but more of an aggravated “you know we close in 15 mins right” as if I didn’t have time before the establishment closed to place an order. I understand I came in with only 15 mins to spare however I still had 15 mins to place an order! You never know what kind of things people are dealing with so treat them with kindness! That should be be hard especially towards your paying customers. I don’t want to spend my money somewhere where I’m greeted with aggravation as if me spending my money at your place of business is a problem.I still purchased my smoothie bowl & threw it away as soon as I walked out because I still wanted to support this black owned juice spot. It’s enough going on in the world, I don’t need the negative energy & with that I will never go back!
The last time I had a really good fresh juice was when I lived in Harlem 2 years ago. So glad I found this place. He made the juice exactly the same way they did there. Sooo good. I highly recommend. They are also accommodating with recipes not that you need to stray too far from the original.
My cold pressed juice was delicious. The gentleman who made it was prompt & polite. It was a bit dirty/disorganized inside - the area where ingredients are stored was very sloppy, there was personal workout equipment out in the seating area. The menu display is confusing & I actually have no idea what was in my smoothie lol. Maybe it was an off day, I’ll try it again because of how conveniently located it is.
I had an açaí bowl and a vitamin c shot. Both were fresh and delicious! I’ll definitely be back!
This is a local favorite ? so glad they're right around the corner. Might be my favorite acai bowl in CLT aside from Smooth Monkey in Midwood. Ingredients are fresh &delish!

I had no idea this place was so close to me. Everything was fresh. The berry bowl was excellent ….I will no longer drive all the way uptown to Spoons every Saturday and Sunday ….I’ll be coming here instead
