I came here for the first time a few months ago. DELICIOUS ramen and broth. I rate that a 11/10 (although a little pricey for additional add ons) The service could definitely improve. Took more than 15 mins for a simple beer to be brought out, had to track down a wait staff to forget to drink order as my husband was only stopping by quickly for a drink as he couldnt join us for a full meal. Got the fried rice cakes with spicey salmon...way too greasy for the rice part but the salmon was pretty tasty and fresh. I will return but maybe for pick up instead. If you're on an hour lunch, you'll probs have to take rest home as it's been well over an HOUR we've sat down to obtain our food and I'm not exaggerating. The broth is the only reason I'd come back.
Visited this restaurant Saturday around 5 pm - no line, seated right away.I ordered Pork Gyoza, Spicy Chicken Ramen, and Cherry Blossom to drink. They offer the spicy chicken ramen as mild, spicy, or hot. The waiter informed me mild has absolutely no heat to it; I requested spicy which had a minor kick. The food was good and the drink was perfect.They do validate parking
First, plan ahead. We joined the waitlist on Yelp and still waited an hour longer than what Yelp projected. Granted, it was a Saturday night so a wait is expected and several of large parties ahead of us. Like another reviewer mentioned, the dining area seems more intimate and parties of more than 4 seems like it be a stretch to seat.Now, I’ve had my fair share of ramen and this was delicious! We got the shrimp wonton ramen (in the photo) and the tonkotsu red. Proceed with caution on the spice levels! Waiter recommended we go down from level 5 to level 3 which still had us sweating, and I thought we could handle spicy.Will definitely be back , just not during the dinner rush.
First time visiting here, haven't really found my niche with Ramen. My wife tried their other location in Atlanta and recommended it for dinner. We tried a little bit of everything. I have to say, the food was very flavorful. My daughters kids meal was very big! I enjoyed eating what she did not finish. The Ramen was the perfect level of spice, the noodles weren't too soft or too hard. The broth was nice and thick. Juan did a fantastic job being our server. Made sure our drinks were always full and food came out in a timely manner. Will be back for sure!
First time visit for me. I wasn’t impress with the menu. Didn’t see many options but I did enjoy the chicken ramen entree. The dish was very flavorful. I did enjoy the drinks. Nonetheless, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and I enjoyed my night out with my fellow nurse buddies!
Great experience! We were greeted at the door and set up for dining success from there. We were visiting from out of town and was able to get awesome suggestions from our waiter Alex ( He was fabulous)! From appetizers, main ramen dishes, dessert and drinks of course!!! We were able to talk to the cooks too..they had us rolling laughing! Awesome atmosphere!!!
Great location, beautiful decor and yummy food. The Jinya bun was delicious. The crispy chicken and the tempura brussels sprouts were yummy as well. A large selection of Ramen and rice bowls with vegan options as well. And, mochi for dessert. I would definitely love to eat here again. Highly recommend you visit!
Fantastic ramen hands down! Authentic, delicious and true. The ramen had everything I could imagine to put in it available! Everything was fresh and delicious this will definitely be my spot ! My waitress and the manager were impeccable.
Although it is a franchise, the quality of the food does not disappoint. The food was delicious and the prices are not too bad. The vibe is chill. I have and will visit again. Definitely one of the best ramen places in Charlotte. Fair warning: don’t underestimate how spicy it is.
The best ramen I’ve ever had. Chances waited on us and she was amazing! Cant wait to come see her again on Wednesday.
