Ordered from the app twice and both times my sandwich was not made when I got there. I waited an extra 25 minutes the first time and 11 minutes the next. The food is great, but service like that makes me want to never go back.
Horrible experience! I ordered and paid online, when I got to the store I was informed they didn't have anything I wanted on my sandwich. Because I had already paid I was forced to choose a sandwich that was cheaper than what I had originally paid. The two dudes working were rushing to leave without any care for the customers
I had a regular Tuna it was the best ever served by the manager himself it was evening time I had just got off best customer service ever kept a ?smile on my face the whole time..I will continue to give this location my service job well done ?????
Great customer service from the guys behind the counter. The subs we ordered are the best we've had in a long time! Not sure what the guy's names were but my visit was on 1/4/2022. We ordered two hot subs and they came out quickly, tasted great and we will for sure be returning customers!Update: I’d like to add that we live next door to another one and come out of our way to this Jersey Mike’s. Absolutely incredible subs!
I had a BLT, OMG it was so good!! The bread was very soft, they didn't skimp on the bacon and with the vinaigrette sauce and mustard. It was the best. Also got the Philly chesse that was seasoned, they didn't skimp on the meet either. Great customer service. I'll be back.
I stopped by on Tuesday, 12-7-21 to get lunch for my dad. It was his 1st meal after a medical procedure. He LOVES Jersey Mike's big kahuna! He was saying #56 before we walked in.I didn't catch the name of the lady who took our order (older of the 2 women), but she took care of us. My dad wanted some extra spice on his sub. I didn't think he needed it, but we wanted to give him what he wanted. She agreed to add a light amount; think it was something like ctr (a red condiment). She made sure the guy who made my dad's sub only added a light amount.They were busy as it was lunchtime. I saw the employees juggling delivery orders, bulk orders, & walk-ins. By the time my dad was ready to go, his order was ready. It may have already been ready. The lady who took our order apologized for not getting our name.
Went there today. Got a number 8 with roast beef instead of bacon. There was two little pieces of roast beef that didn't even cover the half of sandwich I got. It's already expensive enough but when you cheat people on the meat and that's the most important part of the sandwich then I have a problem with that. It's already cut to thin.
Visited December 8th 5:40pm. Guys behind the counter completely rude, attitudes. Made my sandwich wrong, complained about makin it. I'm half tempted to throw out my sandwich altogether and ask for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this place with the night crew, seems like the job is a burden to these 2 dudes working here. May be better with the early crew.

I literally just left very upset. I was there today around 12:50 pm and as soon as I walked in the lady with the braids started whispering to the older lady and the gentleman with the beard. At 1st I didn't think it was about me till they kept looking at me and giggling. After a few minutes I asked about a doordash order and the girl with the braids walked off and said she do have to deal with it when all I did was tell her the person's name. The guy with the beard handed me the bag which I didn't understand why. When I was leaving the guy with the beard said something and they started laughing. I never been so humiliated and embarrassed in my life. But as soon as I have time I will call corporate
